Rooms were basic but clean, excellent location for us, entertainment not too bad for kids.

A lovely environment to stay in!! My family and I had a fantastic holiday! The apartments were beautiful and very clean! Met lots of lovely people...
Personally entertainment is RUBBISH! Sorry to say!
Apartments are in a fab location and the soul suite bar located in the strip of bars downstaris is fab!! I would advise you to visit!!
This complex is great for all age groups. Pool is fab and the beach is very close by! Little Italy is a fab restaurant.

This is our fourth visit to Parque de la Paz, the first 3 times we had a great holiday.
This time we did not enjoy it as much. The cleaning of the rooms was not as good as before, the maids came into the apartment, emptied the bins, a few seconds walk round with a broom, and out they went.
The towels did not smell fresh, one day the maid came into our room and gave us clean towels, they were still warm, which was great. Then I smelt them, the odour was like BO.
The pool area was always very clean, and some staff were ok.
The entertainement was very repetitive, with cara and bobby.
We also had a dozen cockroaches, and we were on the fourth floor. We used some spray from reception, and that did the trick for the rest of the holiday.
Will not visit again due to room cleanliness.

Very poor stay at the hotel, and I am quite upset that we spent 700 quid each on the holiday! Holiday was great, sadly we can't say the same about Parque De La Paz, or as everyone said Parque De La ****!
Cats everywhere, mice and cockroaches infested in rooms, broken glass on floor / around pool.
Hotel food is diabolical. Expensive junk.
Hotel staff rude, recpetion, night porter / security guard is awful! Must go! Poor cleaner though is an asset to the company! Bless!
Entertainment with Mrs World Wide Cara! Don Don Don! This is the one thing that will make you wish you where in Blackpool.

My husband and I stayed in the Parque de la Paz.
I cant understand what people moan about we usually go in a hotel in Las Americas, but I can honestly say we enjoyed every minute of it. I was going to cancel these apartments when I read all the things that were said Im so pleased I never.
The rooms were cleaned everyday you also got clean towels everyday too. I thought Cara did a great job you get your kids looked after most days for 2 hours in the afternoon free. We were self catering so the only food we ate in the hotel was at the pool bar at it was fine,the reception were ok. The security guards were great they did their job well we would certainly go to these apartments again but they are fully booked.

Well here is my two pennorth worth about Parque De La Paz Apartments.
All these moaning and whinging people must have stayed in a different complex to us as we found them very clean,the staff very helpfull,the food very palateable and varied and not at all expensive.
Our double room was extremely good with good self catering facilities very light and airy and able to take 6 persons very comfortably.
Ok there were the odd unwanted guests at night but hey cockeroaches are normal in hot countries and lets face it we are guests in their country.
Cara was an excellent all round entertainer who the kids adored,she looked after them from lunch time till late and treated them as her own,ok her dress sense was a little OTT and looked like Gerry Anderson supplied her wardrobe but the top class entertainment she brought into the apartments every night were second to none, a different act every night with tastes for all.
As a well travelled disabled person that likes to have a good time on holiday I can honestly say that the staff at this set of apartments are fantastic and not at all as publicised by some on here, we left money and personal goods ( cameras mobile phone and jewelry) around every day and I can catagorically say that never was it taken by the maids.
The hotel is strict and the security tight but only against guests that make a nuisance of themselves after midnight the type that ordinary holiday makers dread to have in the next room to them.
All in all marks out of 10 I would say 9 the one mark lost was for the nasty brits that hogged the sunbeds from 8-30 am till 2-00pm when they arrived back from the beach with their towels saving their sunbeds for them...Dont blame the Germans mate there aint any...

Cant understand why people are not happy with Parque de la Paz we have booked again for next year.
We have been going since 2000 bar staff and reception are fantastic espcially Thomas we wouldnt go any where different. Theres a lot of families that also go same time every year it is definitely not dirty. Cant help roaches in hot country Ive never seen one mouse or broken glass around the pool as it gets cleaned every morning.
The rooms are cleaned five times a week. We have also stayed half board and food is very good and as for entertainment all my kids loved it with kids club 2-4pm free. Kids loved Cara and Bobby and they cant wait for next year. Different acts on every night from comedians to clowns parrot shows. Best time we ever had

Myself,daughter,brother and my mother;n;law stayed in this hotel.
The cleanliness was great we never saw any bins or mice but only cockroaches with all due respect you do expect to see them!
The hotel staff werent too friendly well tell a lie Thomas was lovely but the only one that spoke!!
The cleaners were ignorant. Entertainment got so boring with Cara same thing every night,a lovely girl but so boring.
Location was brilliant food was probably the worse I have eaten but got to say it because they had so little choice and served small quantities of meat.
Would go back as self catering and only to talk to Thomas every night to avoid Caras boring entertainment.
Must say poolside was lovely and never saw any glass like people are saying.

First time in Tenerife, and it has really put us off!
The hotel staff are rude, and were unable to help us with anything. The reception man needs to learn to smile. On of the cleaners STOLE money from our room. We have video evidence and the hotel did hardly anything, so we took it to the police - who didn't really do much! Useless!
I saw one of the management actually hit a drunk women while she was asking for help!!!
Hotel location is good - near everything.
Entertainment, god where should I start! CARA! Yawn! Talentless woman, who is up till all hours with her impersonations of S Club 7!
