Food was great, massive portions, although we never seen breakfast so can't comment on that.
Bins were emptied in rooms everyday. Could've done with clean towels more often.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Entertainment in hotel was fine. BBQ night was good and Turkish night.
Would definatley stay at this hotel again.

Hotel in general was quite clean. Towels could have been changed more often though. Food on a whole was good put snacks and lunch could work out pricey along with soft drinks.
Location was ok, 10/15 min walk to sea front or Dolmus bus goes past end of the street 1.25lr.
Staff ok at first but second week getting cheeky by asking you for drink. Entertainment was very poor. The usual turkish night (seen one seen them all) Kids liked the water slides but they are only open @ 11, 1 &3 and it is not enough time. Pools great size if a little bit deep, grab pool side beds before 9.30 or they are all gone.

Esra was amazing the staff could not do enough for you and were very friendly. It is great for the kids with slides and games room and they do scuber diving and a load of games in the pool.
The rooms were cleaned every day and were lovely. Not far from beach and town center. They do a kids disco and a movie night for the kids. They also do a Turkish and BBQ night. I Would definitely go again.

Just returned from Altinkum,stayed at esra apartments
good value for money,dont expect too much.Why do they think that all brits want to hear rap music played loud all day,couldn't relax at the pool.Great for families,kids looked to having a ball in the pools,
food ok but ate out most nights.staff excellent, very helpful.not into bingo or karaoke,but found it a good base . Yes I would go again

this was our first time in turkey,and thankfully everything was great.the location of the hotel is ten mins walk into the main shopping area,but there are a few bars nearby, one we used quite alot was ali g"s all the food and staff were excellent,if you call tell him the everton fan has sent you and you will be treat like royalty,you will find that every bar or shop will always find time to speak to you, they are the freindliest people we have met.
Back to the hotel, we stayed in room 603 which had great views over the pool with the slides and the sea ,the staff are brilliant nothing at all is too much trouble for them,mustafa, alex, jj,mugly mugly,and all the rest work so hard to make your holiday.
To sum it up excellent place , brilliant people so go and enjoy we did and will definetly be returning.

We really enjoyed our two weeks at the Esra everyone was so friendly and helpful we are looking to go again next year.
This was our second time there and it was lovely to see some of the original staff who rembered us.
The food was lovely. The room was clean. The entertainment was really good especially Alma I hope she reads this report I told her I would mention her also sorry for pushing you in the pool.

It was amazing i would go back. I miss esra very much and i miss all the staff who were very friendly to everybody. Hope to come back this year. Miss everybody.

it was are first time at the esra didnt now what to expect, but we loved. it was fantastic for kids my two loved it. staff where very helpful rooms were clean. u got one loo roll free which was nice but just stick some in your case. zanzi bar at the front was the best bar, made loads of friends thre and are going back in june 2009 just to see them again because they made are holiday. it will be the first time we have ever gone to the same place twice!

the hotel was ok it was keot clean the maids were in every other day doidnt spend no time at the hotel after the first night as we had a problem with the bill as we had paid it to one of the waitresses but they left us a message at reception the next morning saying that we had not paid it . i was fuming so complained to management and got it sorted . so after that we got ready in the room went to beach or dolphin square for a walk round and some food then later back to room to get ready for the night straight across the road to zanziba. anyway brill holiday booking for next year cant wait !!!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Esra. We arrived back in UK yesterday and miss it and Turkey already. We will definately be back.
Staff are very friendly and are so welcoming to families with children. Apartments are basic but adequate and are cleaned daily.
Plenty to do if you don't want to leave the hotel/apartments. Excellent facilities include tennis court, childrens club/play area, 2 large pools, baby pool and 3 slides in another pool. good bar facilities and excellent hairdressers onsite. 24 hour shop/bar/food facility.
Pleasant 15 minute walk to the beaches and Altinkum itself. There is also fun fair and other beaches within 10 minutes walk. Great little hotel and from what we heard one of the better ones in the area.
We will definately return.
