The apartments where very clean and the staff where really friendly all of us who went had a great time and there was allways something for all of us to do. I would go back there in a minute.

We stayed at the Peyda Aqua in Altinkum last july, for two weeks, would go back really enjoyed these apartments. clean towels everyday, maid really friendly, staff also friendly. Barbacue night a brilliant night. Just a five minute walk into Dolphin square.

The apartment conditions were excellent. The food was lovely within the hotel resteraunt, it was absolutely delicious.
The hotel location was perfect, right near all night life and main attractions and facilities. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the bar staff, one certain staff member in pariticular... so thankyou stuart for all your help in making my holiday one to remember.
The entertainment was repeated on a regular basis, but still enjoyable. I have already booked for a september break within this hotel and resort, I am planning to come back here as often as possible. I recommend more to the older generation.

I stayed at the Peyda Aqua last year and agreed with a lot of the comments about the end of season cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. However, I returned in May and was impressed with the change in the staff attitudes and helpfulness and the complex.
The complex has all been painted and some areas are being developed and renovated, there is a re-vamped turkish bath area with individual unisex massage rooms, lockers and showers - very plush. An internet cafe is planned also.
The rooms are basic but no real complaints. The main difference is the staff - they were fantastic - some are there from last year and they couldn't be more helpful, funny, energetic and attentive!! I believe that some of the owners of private apartments are influencing decisions made about the complex and I think that can only be for the good of the place.
Long may it continue.

We stayed at Peyda twice last year and enjoyed every minute although it did seem a little run down.
We have just returned from a two week holiday & were impressed with the changes made from last year. The hotel has improved the most in the snack & meals offered in the poolside bar.
They are delicious and better value for money than last year,so much so that we ate there every day.They have decorated all of the buildings& the cleanliness has much improved after adding more cleaning staff.The staff were as warm, welcoming and friendly as ever and made our holiday most enjoyable.
My family & I would certainly stay there again and would say it is very good value for money.
We canot wait to go back! Give the hotel Turkish bath a go,its great!

The accommodation was of very poor standards. This ruined our first ever holiday abroad.
The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and the staff were only interested in the visitors if they were young and single. For anyone to state that the staff and hotel were of excellent standards must have been staying at different apartments than us.
We are now in the process of claiming from First Choice. We would not recommend the Pedya Aqua to our worst enemy.

Disgusting,substandard was advertised as 3star now changed to 2star.All ill due to pool and also friends we met ill aswell.We reported things to the scottish receptionist like the shower and noone wanted to know. The person in the previous review was correct saying music played til 4am, lads in bar as someone said too busy flirting to serve, no enterainment. We were told there was a TV room and playstations for kids only thing there was a pool table held together with duck tape. Anyone who enjoyed this resort must be crazy.My husband ended up falling in the bathroom as floor wet as no proper shower. We ended up paying and moving hotels.We will never return. We are currently seeing our solicitor over this i hope you print this and hope people can see what we never knew.

We had the same 6 towels for eight days, good job I took a few of our own. The pool was filthy, a man poured a drum of chlorine into it every night, my white cossies are now a yellowy colour, no mozzie prevention, like someone already said. No maintenance of any kind was done in this hotel before it opened for the summer season. would never go there again, no street lighting, or paved areas, and abit out of the way. I do believe from other guests staying there, that previous years it was great, just gone the pan a bit. The only good thing was, the people we met.

Well it was a good holiday in some ways. The rooms were clean, staff were very helpful, manager was very kind and helpful. One of the best holidays ever.

we stayed at peyda aqua apartments, and found the rooms very clean , the staff were very friendly and we helpful, the entertainment was ok, but needed to be advertised in advance,the maids were always very tidy and left us little swans ,made from the towels, on the beds.
Great apartments , and Yes we would go back there to stay, even buy an apartment there.
