The resort was lovely and had plenty of bas and reastaurants, many bars offering English and Scotish football games. The beach was of high standard and very clean. I would deffinetly come back to this resort.

wonderful resort. you can shop hassle free!! locals are great and welcoming, restaurants very good and reasonable. most of the bars shut around 2.30am but before this the noise is acceptable. Just one beach bar spoils it by not closing til 4 or 5 am playing unbelievably loud music til then. sunbeds free on the beach-excellant- but the beach(a lovely stretch of sand) is used as an ashtray by smokers. Not nice if youve got little ones. Its just one long stretch of dogends!would definitely return to a different hotel, as the mandalinci has the misfortune to be next to the most disruptive bar we ever heard.a shame as the hotel is very good.

Been to Turgetreis twice now - quite like the place and would probably try a third visit. Good haircuts can be had in the market area.

Turgetreis is a good all round resort, suitable for all ages, some boat trips available, and the dolmus are handy.
All the restaurants we ate in were brilliant, the people are friendly, and the market is a must.
Go at 8am though, at 10am tourists from surrounding areas are bused in, and it is packed.

I am sorry I cannot relate to the public beach as we didn't see it. We saw Turgutries mainly in the evenings (plenty of places to eat and drink, and a wonderful bazaar which seems to go on until very late).

The beach was a great let down although sun loungers and shades were free the sandy beach was littered cig ends and rubbish .
The resort entertainment would only suit those looking for a booze up and a sleep all day ,, hence the noise problem.
Back inland from the beach the bars etc became more sensible especially the irish bar run by kay and zafer, great crack and even better company.
The town center is quite varied but most dealing with and annoying the holiday maker.
Give me Olu Denez any day

The resort is superb and all the people very friendly.
Most of the resturants /bars have a large screened tv. The beach is excellent and well looked after good for the kids, free sunbeds and use of local resturant toilets etc.
The Saturday market is a must and huge. The local shops are superb and offer must items for sale, we would go back again,really was a superb hoilday.

Beach needs a sweep now & again.
Good friendly animation team with 2 / 3 activities a day.
Over all a very enjoyable holiday where you can do as much or as little as you like!

Would definately go to this resort again. Just wish the people of Turgetries could sort the beach out.
Be extra careful when you go in the water for the first time, as you have to run the gauntlet of stones and rocks b4 you hit the soft sand.
But the watersport staff were very friendly and if you talk nice to them they will give you extra time on the ringos and banana boat.
