we found the whole resort was spotless , entertainment was not to bad but seemed to be aimed at younger people, the beaches are beautiful and clean , we are going for the third time and are staying for a month this time.

This was our second visit to Stalis and we thoroughly enjoyed it although the resort did seem alot quieter than two years ago.
Favourite place for breakfasts - Kings Head - they also do fantastic roast dinners complete with Yorkshire Puds on Sundays and Wednesdays (no, I'm not a 'typical Brit abroad' looking for English food they just looked so nice I had to have one!)
Favourite Greek food has to be Kaliana restaurant - wonderful Greek Plate, Kleftiko etc. The Kaliana bar over the road was our favourite haunt - internet and pool to keep the kids amused and friendly staff.
Amici Italian restaurant is also excellent as is the Jasmine House chinese restaurant.
Biggest disappointment was Creta restaurant - our favourite on our last visit but this year the service was horrendously slow and the food mediocre - maybe we were just unlucky but didn't want to risk a second disappointment so didn't go back.
The beach is lovely - about 5 euros for 2 sunbeds and umbrella. Lovely and sandy in the sea - no rocks - perfect.
Stalis has to be one of my favourite places in the whole world - we'll be back!

absolutley brilliant ,during the day peaceful and at night after dinner nice to sit with a drink and people watch then later to go to one of the many bars and join in the entertainment the red lion a good night out staff there nice. not to far to walk into malia which surprised me it was clean considering it is a young persons place but we had a great time there as well

resort was spotless.we visited the rose and crown both weeks to see the greek night,on our grand-daughters insistance,beachcomber had live music on the occasions we passed.the beach was brilliant,nice and clean,and the sea was so shallow,at least 25 foot out and still only just below waist height.

Not a lager lout in site which meant Stalis felt safe and well cared for. Standard touristy shops with some good quality restaurants and bar/pub deals, which included drinks and sunbeds at a real bargain. Beach was the jewel in the crown! sandy and lovely to stroll along, clean and no litter. Going back!

The resort was fine it was not too pushy in terms of the business people there and the shops had a variety of goods. There was plenty of choice when it came to eating out.

Went on the beach twice got sun beds from the mythos restaurant lovely beach no rocks there and lovely waves.Nice bar called beachcomber and Medusa noisy quad bikes which was the only thing that spoiled the resort.Too hot the last couple of days would prefer to go at a differant time of year but apart from that ok,

Stalis has great beaches and good snorkeling, sunbeds water sports. a great strip with loads of good restaurants and a few night clubs plenty of good pubs that stay open till early morning.we found every one so freindly at this resort we loved it.

Resort was fine, no footpaths so be aware and use the green cross code or you will get scrubed.
