The actual apartment itself was lovely. The maintenance staff were lovely. But I can't recommend for a relaxing holiday or enjoyable time by the pool...

The resort is fantastic for all ages. Not really recommendsed for those with walking diffliculties, but taxis are really cheap and very helpfull, taxi ranks are everywhere. Fantastic for families, couples, and groups.

we stayed in puerto rico, gran canaria. a nice shopping centre with plenty of bars and resterants. went to the piano bar had good night there listining to jonathan playing and singing.the beach at amadores was was great

this is the 6th time we have visited puerto rico since 2004 and i still love this resort and gran canaria as an island there is lots to do such as beaches, pools, waterparks, shopping, shows and last but least plenty of eating places if you want a family holiday with lots of sun then this is for you.

The resort itself is the best! My second time in Puerto Rico and i love it! There is so many restaurants to choose from that prepare some really nice meals that will suit everyone. CHURRASCO is a really nice place to eat and the staff are brill! You can buy a 3course meal there for 7-50 euros!
We went on a couple of trips that i would recommend, we went on the yellow submarinee which was really fun, and was a reasonable price. We also went on tha Canarian Combo, which is tha whale & dolphin trip, camel rides and jeep safari all in one. That was a fun day out, but i will warn you, dont wear whitee or your best clothess! Not good for people who dont like heights but well worth the money as you also get your dinner and drinks included.

Puerto Rico has something for everyone and is a family friendly resort. We found the shops, restaurants and bars friendly and welcoming and all reaonably priced. Getting around was no problem, regular buses, good footpaths and cheap taxis even after midnight! Lovely local beach, super water park, lots of activities, trips and excursions should you need them. Highly recommended!

We were at the quieter end of puerto rico about a 6 minute walk to the large europa centre but there were plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a netto just next door to the hotel and a spar close by.
There is a good bus service to all other resorts and they are much cheaper than the ferry or taxis about 1.30 euros each to Puerto Mogan and they run on time.
The beach has loads of beds and watersports most of the bars had quizzes or entertainment on but it wasn't noisy at night street cleaners were out most days and we didn't see a single cockroach.

A good family resort with an attractive harbour, beach and Marina area and generally a bit of life to it without it being over the top. Probably the warmest resort in Gran Canaria with it's sheltered location in the South-West of the island. Avoid the main commercial centre if you don't want to be badgered by people selling fake goods or asking you if you want to eat in their restaurants but enjoy the rest of what the resort has to offer. We will return again soon.

Puerto Rico was very nice plenty of activities to do ie day trips etc.People very friendly a few tacky shops but not overdone.Good shopping centres for bargins and nice gardens.Overall Gran Canaria is a lovely island!

the resort was very nice plenty of resturants and bars that stay open till late, we found the beach very clean and safe with cafes and shops right on the beach front
