Puerto Rico is a good resort and I would recommend the combi excursion, boat - camels - safari and a visit to sioux city.

We stayd in pueto rico grn canarie we had 2 teenage girls with us and they loved it so did we.The resort was cvery clean and the entertainment in the bars at nite was execellent. Only went to the beach once but it also was very clean and lots of amaenaties.I would go back to this resort again and so would my teenage girls.

purto rico is the ideal family getaway plenty to do day and night ,i would strongly reccomend a trip to puerto mogan ,(market day on a friday) really nice place . puerto rico town is more lively at night than the europa centre but both have a wide range of shops, bars and places to eat,amadorres beach is a must to visit ,but does get very crowded at the weekends.

THe resort was beautiful, the only thing which put me & my husband off was the constant selling of Timeshare every day saying free trip to Anfi Island yeh it was with 3 hour talks on time share do not be fooled. Also in the centre there is that many restaurants they are falling all over themselves to get you in night after night, they would wistle to us like dogs, so we wnet up in a taxi a few nughts to the Europo Centre(only 3 euro in cab) not so much hastling up ther gorgouse Italian and Steak house if your looking for a good meal. Also try Pirate ship for kids great day out, mine loved it foam & water fights and jest skis come out to the ship so you can go on them 25 euros
Still a great and beautiful country but also gone very very very expensive, shop about for food & drinks you will find offers if you look.

We ate in the hotel twice, Oscars, Bubbles and a wonderful paella at Bahia Playa, ignor the plastic chairs and fair ground lights, entertainment at Flannigans, Rockys, and a few other places, taxis were plenty and cheap, if you did not want to walk, at night, but at the time we were there we felt safe to walk around unlike parts of London where we live.
Most places were happy to serve you and not there to just take your hard earned money, Mogan boat ride is worth the effort, good fish resturants around that port.
We did not see any drunken holigans.

the resort was not that busy when we went but there was still plenty going on .the beach was very clean there was a few touts about wanting you to go to anfi beach we just said we had been .the town itself had plenty of bars and restaurants they did try and get you in too eat we just let them see the all inclusive bands that put them off. i would go back to gran canaria again .
