please think twice about staying at these apartments! firstly the brochure pictures are misleading as the restaurant has been extended and this has decreased sun lounger space around the pool by about 30 - 40%. outside our balcony there was a heap of dried sick from the previous occupant which was never removed during our two week stay! and also the apartments at the top of the blocks are not spacious like the ones we shown in the brochure. Cleaners do not do a very good job 5 - 10 mins in our apartment and often left rubbish behind, staff at poll area very pushy the worst experienced in Turkey. But on a positive note location was excellent no need to go into main resort of Marmaris as you have everything on your door step.

We ve just got back from Green Park and while we enjoyed the holiday, I would not go back as its very noisy for families, much more for singles/ friends or older couples. If you go there, dont expect much sleep! The noise from the bar in the resort and those in surrounding areas was intense, although did not go on till after 12am, we had to keep the kids up each night as trying to get any sleep before this was futile. However, the staff were great, especially, Teddy, Kevin, Daniel and Danny, who does a fire eating act each Turkish night. The food is great and the drinks are reasonable, but insist on paying for food and drinks as you go, do not run up a tab as there were many disputes about drinks that had not been bought turning up on bills. Teddy was always helpful and friendly, I will genuinely miss these guys and if it was nt for the resort location and noise, I would definitly go there again

Fresh back from Green Parks.
This year was the best holiday ever. We had the time of our lives (and love lives).
The staff this year were fantastic, well Ali the Barber, Ricky and DJ not so Butterfly are abit of a let down in our opinion. But Kevin, Teddy adn little Danny were the best.
The rooms were good and spacious, although the maids came everday they never really had a chance to clean our room as we did not get up in time for that (dirty stop outs). The pool is very eventful, lively and fun to be around all day.
And if you want a really fun time then i advise you go to the restaurant on the front of Green Parks, its called Amore, all the staff there are the greatest people you will ever meet, i have spent the last 2 holidays dancing my nights away there. All the boys are great dancers and extremely sexy, they take good care of all customers. And if they have time (like being shut down for 3 days) then they take you on great boat trips.
If you are visting Marmaris then you have to go and eat at Amore or Green Parks. And if you need a place to stay then Green Parks is the place for you to go.
I miss everyone there.
Had the best time and cant wait to see you all next year around the same time.
We are deffo staying at Green Parks again, its the best place in Marmaris never mind CLub Anastasia (thats rubbish compared to Green Parks).

me and my husband came to this hotel for our honey moon as newly weds we expected a nice clean room and a nice veiw which we opted for when booking this apartment, instead we were givin a horrible top floor apartment the carpet was filthy and two single beds. staff were friendly and pool was clean at times food was standard i was so disapointed with the holiday total put off turkey forever!

Green Park Apartments had a good location,very handy for the Dolmus bus which stops outside,No:2 is the one you need.Room very much in need of updating,this is the only holiday i have had were you have to buy your own toilet paper it is not supplied.Staff all very friendly but watch out if you run up a bar bill as you should keep a tight check on this.

This is a follow on review to one I posted some time back that you will see if you read down on this list.
In October 2006 we popped into the Hotel on recommendation to take a look at the rooms, and were duley impressed with the unqique homelyness feeling presented over your typical Turkish apartments.
In June 2007, for two weeks we decided to book whilst we were in Marmaris as the very cheap Goldtrail appartments were dreadful (Menekse). We had a fantastic 2 weeks holiday, restful sleep each night, although we dont use any facilities of the hotel as we are fortunate enough to many expats in Marmaris they staff did not mind this, as they also know our friends.
We also stopped here for 1 week in September 2007, but this time we took the Transfer Service, which was in a Fiat Doblo, so only 1 1/2 hours transfer direct to the hotel.
We will always choose to book with GreenPark first, Mahmut is always very helpful, and if your reading this Mahmut thankyou very much for being so hospitable.
In summary GreenPark is an excellent high quality and underated hotel, we have now been fortunate enough to stay in all types of appartments they offer, including the Penthouse ones which although low celing'd are very very nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

I visited the Green Park Apartments in August this year, I have to say it was the best holiday we have had in a long time. The staff were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The Staff Are Great.Spotless Rooms.Shop Right As You Go In.Entertainment Good dancing etc. I Would Vist This Hotel/Apartments Again!!!

Stayed at the GREEN PARK APARTMENTS IN Marmaris and had a brill time dont expect 5* facility for what we paid it was more then expected.
Staff couldn't do enough the place was spot less fodd was good but you just have to go out of the resort for a huge selection of bars and restaurents.
The entertainment was very good but it all depends on how you make it mix in and you will have a good lough sit in the corner and twiddle your thumb then just tough met very good people there Paul, Dave, Davie D, Ian, Steve etc.
Wicked time go for it will go back to green park when ever I go to turkey again.
