My sister, daughter, my sister's grandson and myself were excited to be returning to the Green Park apts as we had stayed there the previous year and the staff/holiday were excellent. However, we were very upset with this holiday from the start, the management and staff had changed, it was a nightmare.
The staff were all new to hotel management and it showed, they were rude, abrupt and unless you were spending a fortune in the bar they didn't want to know.
We had people fighting for over an hour {real fighting} outside our room in the early hours and despite ourselves and other guests who were terrified demanding that the police were called the staff/management would not call them.
The next day a few of us sat in reception to wait for the rep to inform her of the previous nights events, whilst sat there a nice lady came in in floods of tears, her 15 year old son had been threatened by one of the bar staff {his actual words were, ''we will sort this when you leave the apts to go out'', the only crime her son had committed was to talk to a girl that the bar person fancied!!!! The lady, her husband and son were moved to a different apt that afternoon.
The Rep was lovely, she was fed up to the back teeth with is apt, she was actually in tears on that day and called in senior management from Airtours to try to sort things out.
The Green Park apts are now very 18-30's not the lovely place we visited just the year before and it's a shame because the rooms and the pool are fab.

We travelled as a family to this hotel the apartments where very basic, but clean.
The staff where second to none, made the holiday what it was.
Would definetly go back to this hotel.
All in all it was a excellent holiday.

These apartments are 2* but dont let it put you off.
They are very clean and only had trouble with electric going out once for about half hour.
All staff bent over backwards to help you and made sure you had a good time,from the receptionist,cleaners to the bar/hotel staff.
I cannot comment on the food as we only had breakfast there but that was good.
The pool I cannot comment on either as we never had time to sit by the pool but when we did see it there was always staff on hand and it was always clean.
The waiters and bar staff do the entertainment and they were second to none.
The cleaner even made our beds with fancy hearts and flower petals.

Very clean and it wasn't 2* at all it was more.
The maids were very clean and left you little flowers and a person made out of towels.
The pool was very clean and around the pool got cleaned everyday.
The food was nice as well the cheese burgers were my favourite.
Ocan and Shaggy are ace and the rest of the bar staff.

Apartments very clean, staff fantastic and more than willing to help if needed.
Were at these apartments in 2004 and booked to go back August 2006.
Entertainment repeated each week. Was same as the year before but if you want a relaxing holiday with friendliness thrown in go here.
