We have just returned from Hibiscus 1 & 2 and we had an amazing holiday. Having never been to Marmaris before we did not know what to expect. The Hibiscus 1 & 2 are a hidden GEM!! The property itself is spotlessly clean. We stayed in 2 x one bedroomed apartments in Hibiscus 2. The apartments are a good size and overlook the largest of the 3 x pools. You have to pay for air-con on arrival and the air-con is only installed in the bedrooms and not in the living area. The hotel maid's work very hard and the rooms are cleaned everyday.
For us, it was the staff that made our holiday extra special. Sel, Jimmy, Speedy and staff will do everything possible in order to make you feel at home. Little touches like serving ice cold Efes lager in frosted glasses, welcoming you everytime you return to the property and even organising a private boat trip for us all helped make this a fantastic holiday experience.
We ventured down to Marmaris most nights but our 13 year old daughter's were always in a hurry to get back to Sel's smiling face in the Hibiscus Bar.
The property has such a friendly atmosphere and guests soon get to know each other on first name terms.
For us the location of the property was perfect. It was away from the hustle of the main resort front but you can easily walk there and back or jump on the dolmus. We felt completey safe walking around at night.
Properties like this are such a rare find and I would thoroughly recommend Hibiscus 1 and 2 to anyone.

me and my partner stayed at Hibiscus this year,we both enjoyed it very much and would with out a dought go back!
We thought the location was perfect as it was not in the middle of all the bars, but was only a ten min walk to the centre. Sel and all the staff were great making sure you had a good time,if the staff changed I think it would loose its sparkle.
Hope to go back very soon.....

Just returned from the Hibiscus I & II for the 2nd year and it was better than last year, same friendly staff and just a fabulous atmosphere.
You can't fault these apartments in quiet location but short walk to shops/restaurants/mini golf etc, the staff work really hard, especially the maids, absolute stars and keep the place spotless.
Hope to book for next year and see some of the lovely people we met on holiday again x

loved, loved, loved this holiday hotel staff are great we stayed in hibicus 1 but you can use hibicus 2 an the hibicus gardons too. as there were no entertainment we went to the havanna which has entertainment on every night, it also has a park attach to it. you can also try the rovers returns with too has lots for kids to do. you must try tajmahal its a indain restraunt owned buy a men from bradford its so so nice. we love this holiday an are booking for next year. o yes dont for get to take some toliet rolls as you only get two toliet roll for the two weeks lol.

we stayed on the top floor in the abiscus 1 apartments ,we had 2 bedrooms,a great size living and kichen area and fantastic bathroon.all basic but continuasly kept clean by the maid's .you can go to next door to abiscus 2 and use there pool ,or do as we did and stay and use the 2 in our block. all staff were great ,continuasly cleaning and talking to the holiday maker's as if you had been friend's for year's . we had no entertainment ,but this was'nt a problem,after a day out we would just go to the restarant and get a 3 course meal for 7 pounds ,less for the kid's and go back to our bar have our own fun with the staff and other holiday maker's. great for everyone .

Me and my family stayed in Hibiscus 1 for 2 weeks and I have to say what a beautiful hotel, The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us whilst we were there.
During our holiday my Grandma became unwell and Angel the receptionist couldn't help her enough.
The location wasn't the best as it was quite far out from the main strip, and there wasn't much entertainment at the complex itself but other than that we couldn't fault it.
We had our rooms cleaned 2/3 times a week and linen and towels changed daily. I would defiantly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a laid back and relaxing holiday. Well done to all the staff and keep up the good work :) We will defiantly be goign back very soon.

just got back from turkey on sunday night,stayed at hibiscus 1 and 2. Apart very clean with the maid in daily,she was very nice. We had a studio apart with 2 bedrooms an a large living/kitchen area which had a sofa bed. We had two balconys which we used to sit out or to dry the washing. Towels and bedding changed regular. In a good location, quiet but a few min walk if you want it a bit more livley. Food at apart was nice and not expensive, my son loved there pizzas. Pool areas,3 to choose from or 4 if you use the pool at hibiscus gardens,very clean. The staff are first class, okan the bar man is a good laugh and a very nice guy. Security gaurd on duty 24 hours. Good place to stay with a family cos security make sure noise is kept to a minimum. If the apart had entertainment on at night alot of the guests wouldnt have went elsewhere at night. We went to the havanna which entertained the kids. We ate alot at starbux which is british an turkish owend. The food was brill but they do have a first class chef! Adam an dianne are brilliant,adam is a true gent and ul go far in turkey to find another one like him! Found the turkish men a bit to full on and felt very uncomfortable on a few occasins but was first time in turkey an didnt know what to expect but il do now. We all really enjoyed our 2 weeks at the hibiscus and i could have stayed another 2! Will defo stay here again!

this is the 4th time we have been in these apps and in our 4 years this was the best year yet . the hotel staff were amazing especialialy angel she did anything she could do to help you . the appartments were spotless the towels and bed sheets were changed very regular . also the pools were great there were 5 to choose from . must say though the hotel is a bit far away from the front but hey not to complain we arent lazy .... not any entertainment but there was plenty around the area .

We had a two bedroomed apartment on the second floor, with a bed settee in the lounge.
We had a kitchen and bathroom, very well fitted, but could have done with a few more utensils..but no matter, everything was good quality and spotless.
There was a balcony but you couldn't sit out as it was quite high, and you couldn't see over, but it was quite high off the ground so we understood that!
The complex had two very clean pools, with loungers around both, and two bars that you could buy food from, at quite reasonable prices. There was a lot to choose from, but we would have liked a few more Turkish choices.
Everything was absolutely spotless, and everything was cleaned daily, and the pools were a good size, although there was no shallow end.
The apartments were a way from the town, but the local bus (dolmush - 1.25 Turkish Lira = about55p) was very local, and very cheap, with a standard rate for each journey however long, so no worrying about what to say...although they do all speak some English.
We loved the staff, they left you alone if you didn't want to be disturbed, but were very friendly and helpful if you needed. We had a good time because of the staff, they became part of the holiday. We loved Sel, Gonzales, Angel, Okan, Jimmy and the security guard that we didn't know the name of, but worked at night.
We could have done with a bigger settee or more chairs, and a few more cups etc, but we really didn't mind because everything else was so good.
