We stayed in the Kervansary for 1 week all inclusive and loved it. The hotel was very clean and staff where all very friendly, entertainment was not much good but as its cheap to get into town we went out most nights.
The food was not fantastic but if you go to a foreign country you have to expect to eat foreign foods, but the english where well catered for.(even if it was chips,wedges most nights!) really enjoyed are holiday so much that we are going back in September and taking are partners!
Bar staff are very friendly so dont beleive every thing you read.

We literally returned from this hotel last week, the hotel I found to be very clean, the staff excellent and very friendly but what did let this hotel down was the terrible food...over 14 nights we ate out every single day whether it be lunch or evening meal..mainly evening meal because the food was that bad and the entertainment equally awful however the young lads did try.
I found the entertainment around the pool during the day better than that of an evening....the eating out is more of an expense which you don't necessarily want after you have paid for an all inclusive holiday....ice creams were also not available unless you purchased them from the little shop on site, which suprised me most all inclusives cover that.
Now to the waterslides....these slides are not and I stress not!!! Watched by any staff at all so it's your responsibility to watch your children...please people pay attention to the slides...kids will be kids and they become quite dangerous as we found out ... the kids and adults! come down on lilo's , rings, they stop themselves halfway and climb off the slide...it gets really quite dangerous...and my son following suit decided to climb up the side of the slide and fall about 20ft onto concrete.
The hotel staff and holidaymakers were wonderful though...there was an ambulance there within 2 mins and a doctor on site to get a drip into my son....thank god he was just bumped and bruised...the staff at carria hospital are wonderful and you get the best treatment! Better than the UK if I am honest hehehe
We did have a good holiday...but I say this to you...if you book this hotel please be aware the food is dire so take extra spends so you can eat out when you want to...and dont expect top rate show evenings it just doesn't happen....
But for cleanliness, and a warm welcome then yes the kervansary has it all :-)

We stayed in the Kervansaray hotel mamaris and enjoyed every minute of the stay.
The food although repetitive there was so much choice you could have a good varied meal and the food was excellent.
The staff was also extremely well mannered and very entertaining.
The hotel itself was very clean room maid service also very clean and prompt every day.

This was our second visit to this hotel and i have already booked up for next year.
We cant fault the hotel in any way, the staff from the manager to the bar staff and even my lovely cleaning lady now know all my family by name!
In fact as Gail said in one of her reviews the same people keep going back each year we are all one big family now, every nationality you can imagine its on big laugh from start to finish.
The hotel is spotless and the food is varied.
We as a family love this hotel, try it, a holiday is what you make it, dont be infulenced by others.

We arrived late due to a delay on our flight all the staff at the hotel were very accomodating.
The room was spacious and clean as my husband is an amputee in a wheelchair we were given a disabled room. All access around the pool, hotel, restaurant was excellent.
We enjoyed the breakfasts every morning, especially the guy outside making fried eggs, omlettes and pancakes, the poolside food could of been hotter but even still it was very good, even the drinks were worth paying for inclusive. Hussain the restaurant manager was really friendy to us and got us anything we needed.
I definitely recommend having a Turkish Bath and massage at the hotel - VERY GOOD!!
Can't fault the place will definitely return.
We have hoilday blues now I will have to book for next year.

Dolmus was cheap but due to having a disabled husband we used the taxi which was very cheap. Turkey overall was an excellent place they are so friendly and it's so cheap - don't miss the Turkish Bazzar on Thursday great for haggling for bargains loved it xx

We had a fantastic holiday at the Kervansaray and would recommend it to anyone.
Our room was spotless and we could not fault the hotel at all the staff were all so friendly and helpful we couldn't ask for more.
Food was great they cater for everyone if you can't find something you like to eat here I don't think you ever will.
We will be going back again.

Just arrived back from Kervansary after a 2week break. Hotel very clean and room,hotel food boring with the same dishes served over and over again,rice chips,meatballs.
Location ok,just a dolmus ride to centre about 1 lire away,although you get harrassed everywhere you go along beach front with the turkish folk trying to do you,the deal of the century{a special deal}can get abit much.
Reception staff very good and helpful, not to be said about bar staff. Entertainment side of things was useless same routine each night,bingo and birdie song etc. The first week we arrived the hotel wasnt to bad but on second week it was packed out couldnt get sunbed even if you get up before 7am towel's everywhere with no one around sunbathing.
Overall not going there again.Poor

I would defiantly stay at this hotel again, the hotel was always very clean and the maids were very friendly as were the rest of the staff especially Isa from the snack bar and the manager.
It was nice to meet friendly people from countries such as Germany; it has completely changed my opinion of Germans. The hotel food suited everyone

I loved this hotel!
I will deffinatly be coming back next year as the staff were really friendly, especially Isa - the pool barman, Alex - a waiter, and Emmy - the lobby barman. They made our holiday the best!
I thought the location of the hotel was fantastic as it was a short walk away from the beach and the clubs (especially as im young and want to be partying all the time it was great)
I found that the hotel food wasnt too good, it was boring but the Pizza, chips and potato wedges were very nice!
The entertainment wasn't very good I felt they didnt do anything apart from bingo, out of all the entertainment staff I felt Nuri was the best he laughed and joked with us the most out all of them but he has sadly left and gone back to university.
I have told everyone I know to come to this hotel as I felt out of the 3 times I've been to Turkey this has been the best one yet! I advise all of you to come to the Kervansary Hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel 10 times and everytime i have been it has been brilliant.
All of the food was brilliant and the staff especially james that i have know for years!
The hotel is very well run and everything is in order and nothing really changes in a day only the odd thing so then you know where you are up to.The hotel is well cleaned by the cleaners and all the information you need all you have to do is ask reception and they will help you out
The hotel is in a nice place but there isnt much around it but a taxi place at the end of the drive which was useful, and is useful for the elderly people too.
i have to say i am going again and will be for a while im a bit sad the teo has left tho and been taken over by nuri but he is as nice as teo!
