I have been going to the Maxwell for a number of years now, I am going again in June 2006 and I think it is great, it is in a very good position to every where you mite want to go! There is only a couple of down sides to the place which are as everyone says is the lack of sun beds!

Well in fact it is not a lack it is the sun only says on one place all day and the rest go in to the shade! And there are a lot of young Dutch groups which are quite lively! You will find most people from the UK who stay are families! All the staff are very good and will do anything to help! I would recommend this hotel to anybody!

Except people who are looking for a quiet hotel because it is a place based on fun! And if you do go you will find most people have stayed there more than once! Have a great holiday! p.s a Turkish bath is a must!

If you would like a fun and enjoyable holiday you should go to this hotel.

The pool area is clean and has a fun slide for the kids there is a bar with cheap drinks and good entertainment of a night.

The rooms are clean and have got free air conditioning and have enough space for everyone. The beds are comfortable and have nice clean sheets on and made for you every night.

I have not got a bad word to say about this hotel I absolutely loved it.

The Maxwell Holiday Club Apts are made up of four seperate blocks each of four floors. Luckily we stayed in the main block which is the only one with a lift. We had requested upper floor and pool view, and that is what we got. The Apt was clean and well furnished, with two easy chairs in the living room and a small kitchen area with table, chairs and a (clean) fridge. There was an electric kettle and the usual two rings but no toaster. There was enough storage space for the two of us and the shower/toilet were clean. Only two bath towels supplied, no hand towels or 'bath mat' for stepping out of the shower. As we've been SC to Turkey several times we'd taken our own hand towels (or you could buy them "cheap as chips" in the market). We did have a bit of a problem with water dripping in to our shower from the Apt above when they used their's. We mentioned it to Rececption, but nothing seemed to change and as it didn't bother us that much we didn't make a fuss.
A big plus was FREE air conditioning in BOTH the living room and bedroom, which worked very effectively. Our experience of SC in Turkey is that you usually have to pay about
