this is the 3rd time we have visited villa palma and it definately wont be the last. all staff here work extremely hard to make ur time there as enjoyable as possible, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. ilkay favourite sentence is "if you want, i can do" and he does. bless him.
the room we stayed in was on the top floor with spectacular views of armutalan, the mountains, and marmaris. the pool area is clean and is plenty big enough for everyone to enjoy it. the poolside snack bar food is very reasonably priced and is very tasty too.
the location is perfect for us as we didnt want to be in the centre of marmaris. outside the apartment the dolmus picks up and drops off, so going into marmaris was 10 mins on dolmus so no problem at all.
within 250 yds there is armutalan square where u will find a number of bars and restaurants so there is no need to go marmaris if u dont want to.
we will be booking to return to villa palma next year 2008 very shortly with the owner osman who is very accomodating and a lovely man.
i would recommend anyone to try these apartments, you wont regret it.

What can we say?
Fantastic spacious apartments - very clean! Great location just out of main resort with fantastic mountain views.
The staff were some of the best we have ever come across. Osman the manager and Zak the barmen excelled themselves.
We can not recommend this place high enough!

These are the largest appartments we've ever stayed in.
3 balconies, 2 bathrooms, huge living area and large kitchen, all well equiped with plenty of storage space.
The location is great, nice and quiet at night but only 2 mins stroll to the main street of bars, restaurants and shops.
The bus stopped outside the gate and took you into Marmaris centre for only 1 turkish lira.
The pool is lovely. we had no problems getting a sun lounger each day and the kids could play safely with us close enough to watch them all the time.
A brilliant apartment block that I would definately recommend to others.

Great place to stay, set right back in a nice area of Amutylan.
Staff really nice ..Osman, Zak, Manuel, 2 little cuties workin behind the bar ..(Laura and Adam said Hi )
Pool decent size.
Very relaxing holiday.
Can't wait until next year.

Very large rooms 3 balconies.Rooms cleaned every day. Apartments are in a great location.
No noise at night buses drop you off outside until 1.30 am. Supermarket.
Cash point less than 1 mins walk.
Zak the barman is ace other bars nearby. Great pool area

Hi, these apartments where ace! They have a great, clear pool with another little bit, for the little ones. There is an exotic bar which serves drinks and food. The barman Zack is top! ( trust me hes ace)and the owner Osman he's cool!
The rooms are massive and very very clean! There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, and we have 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms! ( ace).
There is a direct bus route, from outside the apartments which goes directly into the centre of Marmaris!
Trust me its ace! Can't wait to see you all next year!!

well what can i say these apparetments are just the ticket.If your self catering there really roomy and there was 6 of us and we never got in each others way.There is 2 cookin rings but has you will find you dont need to cook anything in the appartments has it is so cheap to eat out.didnt like paying

July 2004 was our second visit to villa Palma, we came July 2003 for the first time and booked through Aspro, had a wicked time.
Hence our return visit on 15th July 2004, we booked direct with the wonderful owner Osman.
Where do I start the place is clean, staff are so friendly, rooms massive and cleaned everyday, linen changed every other day.

Although basic, the apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of having three balconies and two bathrooms.
The dolmus passed by the apartments very regularly. Telephone box outside of the apartments and small store over the road.
Hotel staff were fantastic!!! Couldn't have done enough to help us. Osman introduced us to his friend who took guests scuba diving in the pool. When we were going home all the staff came out and hugged us before waving us off.
Would definately visit here again but unable to locate this in any 2005 brochure - any ideas please???

we stayed at villa palma from may 28th to june 11th.This is the third time we have been to marmaris,it is set back in a quiet area of armatulan with a lovely pool and views to the hills.The rooms are basic but large enough for a family with two balconies and lovely and peaceful.A bus passes outside every few minutes wich takes you down to the main mariner and shops,but you can walk to nearby bars.The rooms are cleaned every day and the pool and bar area is spotless with sunbeds and parasols
