The hotel has non stop entertainment. There is always something available to keep you entertained. Every room is in good location.

Avoid booking a studio without stipulating 'NOT FACING THE WALL' as we were allocated a room looking directly at a high wall 12' from our balcony even although we had requested a sea or pool view. Check directly with the hotel well in advance.
All rooms are good in this quite hotel with most having sea views

Dont go!
Avoid like the plaque its dirty and unclean and the pool area was dirty and un safe the stairs leading in the pool was broken I had to complain about it

Mmmm Costa Adeje has had the boundary extended into Playa las Americas in the past few years. Therefore hotels that were once in PLA are now classed as being in Costa Adeje! Cheeky. This was how we ended up in the PLA half of Costa Adeje. Brochures don't tell you that much. Honest opinion.... IT'S A DUMP.Wouldn't go back even if I was given an all expenses paid holiday. Its horrible.Go some where else.

We find the resort great, whatever you want from disco a to a quiet drink on the beach front, playa will satisfy all of you needs.

stayed in Las Americas, plenty of life for young folk but also some relly good restaurants for those who like good food. Plenty to see and do on the evenings, and during the days the beach were busy but clean and sandy.
the resort itself was clean enough considering how busy it is and the amount of youngsters bar hopping etc.

Loads of great restaraunts in Fanabe - nice place -bargain chinese ouside Lagos upstairs but all types and styles.
Torviscas is near by if you want to stay up a bit later and have a bit more noise.

the resort holds something for everyone, plenty to see and do for all ages. Three good beaches with different features along with the marina. However one very upseting feature of visiting here is TIME SHARE TOUTS they are very rude and aggresive we ended up walking into town separetely so they would leave us alone, if you are over 40 then beware they target couples.

Overall Las Americas was fairly clean. If you are an early risers you can see the cleaners on the street cleaning up the mess from the previous nights parties.
There is plenty of entertainment around so no matter what age you are there is something available.
Las Americas Beach is black sand and my partner and I walked to Los Cristianos Beach where the sand there is golden. It was a nice walk on the sea front.

There are many nice areas but for me first impressions finished me off. It is more suited to families with more expencive accommodation or younger singles for party time !!

We didnt really explore the resort we stayed by the pool for a week except at night, there are a lot of bars and restruants along the front, about a 15 minute walk into playa de las americas center but not too advisable with very young children as it was very crowded.
The beach is made of black volcanic sand or someting like that and the waves we saw were massive. Overall a great holiday in a great hotel in a great resort and we cant wait to go back.

resort cleanliness was very good not much entertainment in hotel but did have a night club which was being done out at the time beach was not so clean as sand was like oil and stained our t shirts but would vist this resoas it was a great holliday rt again
