The accommodation we had was quite spacious, but we did not have a balcony, we had a very small veranda. The room were kept extremely clean by the maids on a daily basis, they were always smiling and very friendly.
I experienced a couple of queries on the card system that they have in place. Twice I was given someone else's card by mistake and complained. I felt that this was not appreciated by the staff at the time. (after I had complained it seemed to take them longer to serve me!) I do feel the card system is a good idea in general though. It saves taking cash out whilst you are sun bathing by the pool. That's if you can get a sunbed.
It is an ideal place for younger children they have a great kids club and the kids rep's seemed to do an excellent job. For anyone who has children of teenage years - 12 up they would probably be bored.
The bar manager needs to go on a customer care course. Other than that - staff seemed to work extremely hard and very long hours, to ensure you were having a good time and spending all your money.

For starters I would like to mention how clean the hotel was and how friendly the cleaners were and after they had cleaned your apartment they left a little someone thing on your bed made out of towels which I thought was very cool.
The bar staff was cool especially when they got started with the night life in the Havana bar, Aydin was my favourite hes always up for a laugh. Watch out though because sometimes when your drying off they push you in the pool for a little fun.
The hotel location is quite far from the main centre but you can always catch a Dolmus (Turkish bus) to the town centre for about 40p.
Some of the apartments have pool views and some have views of the backstreets and main roads. The entertainment was awesome they had hiphop dancers and snake shows and skeleton dancers which I enjoyed. The only thing that was disappointing was they do the same shows week in week out.
I am definitely going to Club Anastacia again most probably spring/summer 2006

Just thought I would say we had a 2 double roomed apartments with pool view.
They are enormously big they are like 2 or 3 times the size of the singled bedroom apartments.

I went to Turkey for the first time and I stayed in club Anastasia with my friend and her family. We had the time of our lives!
The hotel was so clean and the food from Bella Blu(the restaurant at the hotel) was the best I have ever had.
The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the shops and about a 10-15 min walk from the beach.
The staff are all great, I keep in touch with most of them. They are there to give you the best holiday ever and to have a laugh. I made great friends with Uygar, Ercan, Suleyman, Gurkan, Samet, Mehmet (sexy jack) and lots of other staff.
The entertainment was great I loved every minute, and even though it was repeted weekly, I still sat there and had as much fun as the week before!
I would 1,000 % definitely visit this hotel again, which I will do around the 1st of May. But yes, I would definitely say that I had the time of my life there and I will spend a lot more time there in the future.

The apartment was excellent, couldn't be faulted.
On the whole I didn't find the staff here to be particularly helpful or friendly.
The animation team around the pool area were great & the pool was cleaned daily (the first time I've ever seen this!).
The location was close to the market area but abit of a trek to the seafront (only went twice as the beach was awful).

We travelled here with West Bromwich Karate Club in Oct 2004 and had a great holiday. There were 42 in the party so as you can imagine it was never boring.
We were self catering but the food at the Havana bar was excellent can't say much about the Belablu resturant as every time we went we had to wait ages.
Hotel cleanliness was excellent clean bed linen and towels every day and always a artistic towel display to come back to.
Location was good about 10 min walk into Marmaris with lots of shops on the way to browse.
Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The Orange bar staff were great and very energetic even though it was the end of the season.
I would visit this hotel again but I do think it would be a bit to busy for us in the main season.
Certainly worth a visit....

Well this was one of the best holidays ever, the rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day by the very friendly cleaners.
The staff were excellent, they made a big fuss of our 3 year old and 1 year old. The entertainment was ok but we went for 2 weeks and it was just repeated in the second week so we went out instead.
Cant really comment on the food cause we ate out every night apart from one but it was a very good standard and reasonably priced.
My daughter didnt go to the kids club much cause she was the youngest there but when she did she came and went as she pleased, on some of the nights they had competitions on for the kids and a disco etc. which we all enjoyed.
Cant really fault this hotel apart from one female member of staff. we were going to go back but cant get any holidays off work for the time we want to go, but i would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing but fun filled holiday.

We booked to stay here every year since 2001 & have been visiting every year since. Although when we have returned some of the staff has changed we always find them friendly & helpful.
The cleaning staff are one of the best we have had as we have also tried many places in turkey. They visit the room every day & will always give you a smile as they clean.
We have found that the entertainment has improved since the new block has been opened which was good news for the children.
The location of the hotel is not a problem as it is a steady walk in to the town & you pass many restaurants & bars on the way through, after a good shop the local bus will pick you up from anywhere & will drop you off at the door of your hotel.
