We arrived at Club Antique Palace 13th August. As soon as we got there we knew that we where going to enjoy our holiday very much. The reception was very welcoming and a beautiful entrance.
We had to be downstairs for breakfast before half past ten but the food was worth getting up for and there was a lovely variety to choose from. Whether it was toast, cereal or a full english breakfast that you wanted!
The hotel was very clean and there was no problems with the cleanliness of it at all. The maids where very polite and came every few days. They made your bed covers into pretty little heart and flowers which was a lovely little suprise when we got back in!
The hotel food was absolutely lovely and every meal was delicious. No problems with stomach bugs or anyhting at all!
The location of the hotel is just about perfect as it was not too near to the hustle and bustle but it was by a market row with plenty of variety of stalls.
The staff where excellent! Really good fun and some of the nicest friendliest people you will meet. especially one guy called robbie, he is one of the best staff you will ever meet.
The entertainment is great, but some nights it is not as lively and it gets quite dull e.g there is a karoke and its not exactly fun if you dont like singing!
We would definetly visit this hotel again we where going to this year but it would not be as exciting goin to the same place again! As we like new adventures! I definetly recommend you visit here.

I stayed at Antique palace for two weeks, and had no problems with the rooms. They were cleaned everyday, to a very high standard. I loved the little extra detail, of having the towls folded into hearts and the flowers on the beds.
The staff in the hotel wre very friendly and always willing to chat, especially Robbie and Andy, they were so lovely. I would love to come again.

This was my 3rd trip to Marmaris and this was the best hotel my family have ever stopped in.
I would give it a 15/10 the food was great the staff was very freindly and the rooms was great v.clean and the air condition was great it was in everyroom and it was free! we hired a safe i think is was about

Good hotel with modern if basic equpment in apartment - the aircon (in the bedroom only!)was free for first choice guests but we had to get the rep to confirm as the front desk are not as helpful or well briefed as they should be. The main room does get very hot so we detached and left the key fob in the "electric on" slot to keep the aircon working whilst we were out (bad people!).
Pools are ok although one is surronded by grass (mud) so makes things a little messy.The water slides are fast and fun if a little small compared to a big water park.
Bar / food / entertainment is again std fair but they work hard (Robbie) although a lot of fully inclusive people tend to make up the numbers.
We used the Turkish baths and found after some bargining that is was very good (usually cheaper the second time and make sure they know you are from the Palace)We made use of the Jewlery shop (Frankie and Errol) Take some time to get friendly with these guy's bargin hard and they will do a good deal - they made me some items to a special design - great.
The walk to Town was too far in July but the Dolmas was past every couple of mins and its 1M each way (last one back is 1:00am !!)
We eat out at local bars by going left (or longer walk right)out of hotel. Shara's bar is the best !!

We stayed at this place in July, the hotel was kept very clean, the staff seem to work all night cleaning.The rooms are small and it is a tight fit with three of you in a room. Breakfast was all processed food with eggs done in three different ways. The staff were good overall but have to agree that the 'elvis' person and the receptionist staff had a 'we do not care'and unhelpful attitude. It does state that it is child friendly and yes it does have a good kids club, although our son was just under the age limit,but as everyone in turkey seems to enjoy the same music please be prepared to cover you childs ears from listening to some of the music lyrics being played in the restaurant. The flumes are great but please be careful, not the same safety standards as at home, I did see a couple of injuries. One final note, if your child likes diluting juice, take it with you, it is not available here.

I stayed at the hotel for a fortnight with a friend. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very clean.
However, on the negative side part of the staff entertainment consisted of two of the bar staff igniting aerosols with sparklers. Which is not only extremely dangerous but also a bad example to all the childeren watching them.
When visiting don't follow everyone to Bar Street. The Beach Area (in the other direction) is far better!

Clean hotel, maids were 1st class.
Pools were in need of good clean.

I was shocked when reading through previous accounts the number of people who paid for thier air conditioning despite the fact this should have been free to all those who travelled with first choice. We almost made the same mistake and would have if it had not been for a couple we had met. The reception staff took their payment for air con. but had to return it when the couple who had booked on line checked the print out they had taken with them. The rep at the hotel should make it clear on arrival that air con is free to first choice travellers. We got the FREE air con 5 days into our holiday.
Pool water in the newer of the 2 pools was filthy.

We stayed at the Club Antique Palace for the first time in July 2004 and it was absolutely fantastic, I was also our first time abroad and thanks to our lovely stay it definitely won

the hotel was lovely bit of a trek to town centre.
Staff were friendly although food/bills/drinks took a bit longer than I would want to wait.
There were four swiiming pools but unfortunatley the area surrounding was grassy and they werent cleaned to a high standard.
But as i say most staff are friendly apart from one in particular "elvis" i found him rude to both guests and staff.
