Club Meridyen is not right in the centre of all the normal noise you get on holiday, so quieter at night.Took us about 15 mins slow walk to get to the beach and main town area. The local residents didnt seem to mind holiday makers sitting on their balconies in almost next to nothing drinking tea and beer, while they endevoured to get on with their daily lives.
Room was basic but very clean,cleaner came in every day tidying up and making beds. Sheets and towels changed twice a week. Kettle, fridge small cooker(double ring hob)and all cultery etc were there. Electric was turned on by the door key on enrty into the room.
Staff were ever so friendly,and made you feel at home as soon as you arrived.
Food here is good. Bacon butty, full english, or just toast and jam, all brought freshly cooked to your table, and at reasonable cost.Dinners a mix of english and Turkish cuisine (try the ottoman special..delish!!!)
Entertainment was ok. Thursday they had Turkish night, including belly dancer(I rate her 3 but other half gives her 5),Music a mix of Turkish and english, was turrned down at midnight in respect of locals.
Pool a nice size, just big enough for a swim or a mess about.

nice hotel friendly bar staff although it would of helped if the receptionist could of spoke more english. the food was very nice we called the chef crazy chef as at night time he turned crazy dancing all round the bar !!!! be prepared to buy your own toilet roll you only get one on arrival. will go back to this hotel but next time we will pack some andrex !!

Just returned from a two week stay at Club Meridyen, late booking.
The apartments are basic but you got everything you need for a pleasant stay and they are very clean.The maid comes in everyday to clean up and she tidys everything whilst there.
It is quite a nice walk to the beach and center of Marmaris (about 15 mins)but can be a chore in the heat (45 degrees when we stayed)but the dolmus stops right outside the door and cost aboout 30p. We just used the taxi rank which is right opposite and costs about

Club Meryiden in Marmaris - Excellent Holiday. Just returned from 2 weeks and totally enjoyed it, only thing is that there was only 1 night of entertainment in the 2 weeks but that didnt spoil anything as there is such a lot to do in resort.
Hotel is lovely and clean, staff were brilliant especially Typhoon, George and Tony behind bar !!!! Nothing is too much trouble for them, very warm welcome given to all and so friendly.

We travelled here on a late deal and couldnt find too many reviews before we went so we feared the worst, however we were pleasantly suprised when we arrived on resort.
We arrived at 5am and they took our bags up to the room straight away.
The hotel was quite small and the pool and bar area are nice, howevere be warned that there are a lot of sun lounge hoggers and people came from other hotels in the area, took up 7 loungers and then vanished for a few hours.
The staff were very nice and friendly and cannot do enough to help you. One of the bar staff even drove me down to the bank when we needed money.
We wont be returning to Turkey as we had run out of things to do after 7 or so days but if we did return we would stay at this hotel again.
The 1 disappointment with the hotel is the lack of entertainment. In 14 nights there was 1 night where entertainment was laid on. A bbq and belly dancer etc but other than that there was nothing.

Our holiday/honeymoon was the best time we have have ever had in Turkey.
We have been to Turkey may times and this hotel is by far the best we have ever been to. The owner his family and staff cannot do enough for you, anything you need they are always at hand.
Although this hotel is self-catering the food on offer in the restaurant is of excellent standard. The rooms are clean and the staff are the entertainment.
The location is good but is a little walk to the beach but has a bus stop right outside with a very friendly supermarket right next door.
We will definately be going back next year.

Excellent hotel staff.
Very friendly and nothing was any trouble. We were well looked after throughout our stay.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Especially the bar staff they really made our holiday.

The Club Meridyen:
The hotel cleanliness was good yet the beds were only changed 2 a week. The maid came around 5pm which after a day in the sun was uncomfortable, and there was a male cleaner which was embarrassing considering he clean your room.
The food in the pool bar is fine, but we will agree it isn't the best restaurant in the area.
The location was fine you weren't secluded from the centre at all buses come all the time and stop right outside and are only 1ytl pp. The street in which the apartments are in has many nice restaurants and bars and supermarkets.
The entertainment was fine. We didn't go to Turkish night but during the week the bar staff entertained you by dancing or "tricks with fire" if thats what you can call it!!!!!
The staff were great fun!! and helpful especially the caretaker his daughter and the bar staff. The receptionist while we were at the shops took one of our sunbeds! Which we thought was arrogant to take it just because it was his lunch break considering the rush for sunbeds.

Club Meridian apartments.
Small but very clean hotel, food in restaurant not good.
Bar staff just great.
Hotel location ok very handy for the dolmus outside of hotel.
Entertainment very good, go on Sunday for the Turkish night what a great night.
