First time in Turkey and absolutely loved it. I have a teenage son and a 9 year old daughter who loved the pool area and the staff.
The staff were very friendly and Samira who sat on the Slide was a good friend to my son.
We have always went to Spain for our Annual Holidays but not anymore. Turkey - Brilliant, good food, good weather and good people.
Mehmet, Ronaldo, Ercan and Jimmy all made the perfect holiday.
The hotel room was very basic but extremely clean and we were located on the main road side which is busy but it didn't spoil a great holiday.
Tried to book for next year but couldn't get the flights we wanted so staying elsewhere in Marmaris.
Recommended for food - Cousins 2 - good value and 2 for 1 on all drinks including kids and cocktails.

Apartment was very clean with cleaning staff coming in every day. The facilities in the apartments were basic, especially cooking facilities, but were adequate for what was needed on a self catering holiday.
The pool area was fantastic with a waterslide for the kids. The snack bar was great serving a wide variety during the day and the front bar/restaurant serving a wide variety on an evening.
The hotel staff were fantastic especially the guys who served around the pool and in the restaurant.
We have to give a special mention to Mehmet and Ronaldo who made our holiday. Have to say we will be definitely going back to this hotel next year and we cant wait.

I stayed next door in the cattle market Club Julian so used Epic apart from sleeping, thank god the Epic was next door.
Can only comment on the pool area, clean and tidy great staff, knew we were from the Julian but as we bought drinks and food they were fine with it. Far far more relaxed than the cattle market, if you wanted peace there was a terrace, if you wanted a little bit more you could sit by the pool.
We loved the Epic and would stay here in the future.

The Epic hotel was very clean,the cleaners said hello every morning as you had the same one every day you got to know them very well.
The staff were great and went out of their way to help you in any way possible. They work day and night to make your stay as pleasent as they can.
The pool is great with the waiters getting thrown in the pool by the kids, they loved it ,they love kids. They are all lovely people.
The food is very good either by the pool or in the restaurant at the front.
I really hope to see them again soon.

We arrived at 3.15 am to the Epic and went to our room. It was small, clean, but the fridge didnt work. The shower rail was coming off the wall, lights fittings on the wall were coming away from the wall. Shower was a health and safety risk as it was a walk-in shower which was very flat and slippery.
We did not find the staff accommadating at all, the security guard came to look at the fridge.
The air-conditioning was very expensive

All the staff are very friendly do anything to help you.
Loads to do entertainment great mehmet went out of his way to help everyone.
Would go back again Ronaldo has got a really nice smile.

Wow! What an amazing holiday!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We have already booked to go back again next year and we only got back a week ago.
The staff at Epic are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. One member of staff was a real laugh and never stopped working the whole time we were there Earcon
The food is good quality and tastes divine we only eat out of the hotel twice because the food was so good.
The entertainment is also good there was a fire show, snake show, Michael Jackson, the Jimmy show!! Turkish night at the Epic is a must we liked it so much we went to it twice, what a laugh it was too!!
You will truly enjoy this hotel, I even got engaged there!!

The Epic hotel is something else, very clean .
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They could not do enough for you. The food was excellent.The area was very plesant ,with good restaurants.

The epic hotel staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival the room was lovely and clean and very spacious staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you.
Disappointed we could not get this hotel for next year.
