i have to disagree completely with everyone that left bad comments about this hotel!!i have to say that the hotel was possibly the best hotel iv stayed in!!the staff were very friendly and treat us like family!the bar staff were very friendly with my two brothers and myself and my friend!they always kept us entertained!!as for the other entertainment that was a lot better than going out and spending a lot more money than we did that night.we knew we had to pay and we were not at all fussed about that..there was a bbq and dancers that kept us amused all night.
i am definately considering going back next year as i thought our stay there was fantastic!!!The owners were very freindly and made you feel very welcome.

We stayed for one week at the MBN apartments as a family of four. The rooms were cleaned daily and the maid was a very friendly and came to wave us off when we left at 11.45pm. The bar staff Omar, Gurgan and Alp were fab workers. They were fun and always happy to help and chat, we will be keeping in touch with them via email. Both my children got on very well with the lads. Mehmet and Naniq again were fantastic hosts very similar to living with a turkish family.There wasn't any organised entertainment,however Mehmet was always happy to play dominoes. We would definately visit again.

I am gobsmacked at some of the comments made about the owners of MBN Apartments. Its 8 weeks since we arrived home and we cant wait to go back. The bar staff, cleaner and owners were fantastic. We offered mehmet money as we were leaving but he refused to take it. We are still in touch with the bar staff and are hoping to go back at the end of Septemver, wouldnt go anywhere else. Dont be put off by the negative comments.

We just got back today and I couldn't wait to tell everyone one what a wonderful time my family and I had.
Not only were the staffs at this hotel welcoming, but they would do anything to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We were self catering which was fine because there wasn't a shortage of places to eat.
The rooms at the hotel are basic but very clean and tidy. Mehmet and Nazik the owners, are wonderful people, and they were brilliant with the children; it was like having the grandparents with us.
Not only were the staffs at this hotel welcoming, but they would do anything to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is mainly for older people. We went as a family and expected the children to be able to enjoy there self we were constantly told to keep the children quiet.
Memhet was friendly to start with he invited us to a BBQ then at the end of the night charging us

My husband and I recently stayed at the MBN for a week.
The place was really clean, rooms being thoroughly cleaned every day.
The pool, although very clean was very small no space between pool beds.
Staff very friendly and helpful, but the air-conditioning and safety deposit box cost

Me, my mam, my dad and my sister went to the MBN apartments on a last minute deal, mainly because it was such good value for money. When we first arrived there i didnt think much of the place as it was very small and had no lifts. Although, one boy (named Omar) helped us take our bags to our rooms, which was very nice of him! Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly to us and i got on very well with omar, who worked behind the bar. Omar also got on so well with my mam and dad that he started calling them mam and dad too! Mehmet would also stay up all night playing dominoes with us, even if he was tired! I would definately visit these spartments again as i even cried when i had to leave!

Just returned from the MBN apts again and had to say this place just gets better. The owner Mehmet will not let his standards drop, cleanliness is first class.
He had a shortage of staff during our stay so all the family joined in to help, who, if you spend time to get to know are the friendliest people you could meet. His wife Nazik struggles a little understanding English but can never be described as arrogant.
Six other families (all with children) were moved to these apartments after having problems with other accommodations in Marmaris and all described this place as Heaven compared to others.
Looking forward to going back again next year ,this time for 3 weeks.
P.S Mehmet also cooked a BBQ for anyone who wanted one for a small fee. His cooking is first class

I have to disagree with the other 2 parties, we never had any trouble with the owners regarding our kids, we got on really well with them and they was always talking to the kids and making them laugh.
The MBN Apartments are clean with enought in them for a self catering holiday, there in a good location, not to far from the main street but close enought that you can walk it in 5 minutes.
There wasnt any entertainment provided by the hotel but to be honest we never needed it, on the nights we did stay at the bar we had such a laugh with the rest of the guest that any other entertainment would have been a waste of money.
Me and the rest of my family who stayed there have all said we would return to these apartments.

I have to agree with Phil's comments. This is not the place to go if you have children. The owners expect them to be seen and not heard. I also can back up the fact that once you do something that the owners do not approve of they refuse to speak to you for the rest of the holiday. This doesn't include Khan the barman bless him, as he was always very pleasant. If it wasn't for the fact we visited a fantastic hotel nearby everyday our holiday would have been ruined. We used MBN apart as somewhere to sleep only.
We will go back to Turkey as we have had many great holidays there, but not to this apartment.
