had a great time at club sindy.mustafa,family and staff[including mick the photographer]could not do enough for you.it was like being part of their family.food was great and plenty of it.there was entertainment daily for all the family to enjoy. thank you once again for a great holiday and hope to see you soon. keep up the good work.

We (2adults and 2 x 13 yr olds) stayed at the Sindy Apartments for 2 weeks in August 2008. It was recommended by friends and we were not disappointed.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Mustafa and Lisa (owners) and staff.
The apartments are basic but clean and tidy, the maid came in every day to mop the floor and every few days the sheets were changed.
Located in Armutalan which is a 5 min Dolmus journey from the beach/harbour/front, buses run every 5-10 mins, the bus stop is a 2 min walk away and the journey costs 1.25 lira. Personally I think this is a great area to stay in, peaceful but close enough to nightlife if wanted. Some good eating places/pubs within a 5 min walk. Nice bakery 2 mins walk away.
Nice pool area, good bar/restaurant, great entertainment (BBQ, pool party, turkish night), and staff who do all they can to ensure you have a great hoilday.
The Guestbook is full of praise and many people return year after year.
If you want all inclusive 5 * luxury then the Sindy is not for you but if you want a 5* welcome from lovely attentive staff in clean and tidy surroundings then you will enjoy The Sindy.

Just arrived back from turkey with my family. we stayed at the sindy aparts arrival the first thing we said was when are we going home. the apartments wheretwo separtate blocks one on all the pictures you see the other you don't. its not disabled friendly. staff where always hasseling and very rude and intimidating towards the women. the rooms where really dirty we stayed 4 2weeks and had are rooms cleaned and beds changed twice after asking. bathroom was very dirty and small. shower leaked all over then floor shower head snapped. no cutlery. sofa bed looked as if it had been pulled off a skip. lots of cats around and one with a dead rat, which left, blood everywhere. food was horrible gave us doggie tummy we only ate there twice. doors always locked and locked our friends 3yearold daughter in. our other friends lightbulb went and when they took it down to ask if someone could fit a new 1 they were given the lightbulb and told 2 fit it themselves. we where followed a number of occasions due to the fact that we did not eat at the hotel and we never bought milk and water from the hotel reception. the staff did not care about anyone but the girls they tryed to flirt with. as our rooms never got cleaned we told the rep who sorted it out for us Our friends friends got put in the basementwhich had a flood. the whole hotel smellt of cat urine and dampness. some rooms never had tables and chairs for the balcony. the pool shuts between 5:00 and 5:30. we where always hassled to buy drinks and food there. we always eat at a restaurant and apartments called sharas, which was fab the staff where friendly, and the food was great. we ate like kings for the whole 2 weeks there. Holiday from hell got there at 05.30 in morning to be shown our room which was a basment under a shop.
Went to complain and man at reception could not speak much English he told us some one would be here at 09.00 and we told him no we want to speak to someone now. We have been traveling a very long time and need some sleep.
We then got the keys to another room which was on the top floor. One problem when we saw the room was it was a studio and we have too young children so we went for a walk untill 9.00, and came back to find no manager there, so we waited till 09.30 and when someone did come he did not even bother to ask what the problem was he just left us sitting in reception. By this time me and my family were very upset I think if we could of got a flight home we would of left there and then.
We were then told there will be a room at 1pm which was a studio again and we had booked a one bedroom apartment and the staff there were not helpful and did not seem to care. So we got on to our rep and we got a move it cost us over 200 pound but I think it was money well spent. Dont think I could have spent one more minute there.
The apartmens we went to were fab they had everything. The peole there were great would go out of their way to help you. So all in all had a good holiday apart frome the first day.
When we got home we got on to H4U and they told us the room we were shown they do not allocate the basment room and we should not of been giving the keys to that room.
Marmaris itself is a fab place just thess apartmens were a let down.

bubba and 18 family and friends stayed at sindy in july 08,several more friends who were in other apartments also spent a lot of time at sindy,the boss mustafa the girls,hasan and the rest of the guys were superb looking after me and my extended family,we spent a lot of our holiday time there and we managed several trips during the day,entertainment is what you make it and we had a ball,the kids loved the freedom to swim,eat,watch sky,play pool(and room 29 was the best tab of the fortnight)lol, and they all made loads of pals,a bit further out from marmaris town than we would have liked but the bus takes 5 mins so we were not stuck,a holiday is what you make it and you dont travel all that way to be miserable(as they say ("that,s life),the staff only want you to enjoy your-self they cant make you but they try so hard to please but cant please everyone,people must live in a palace back home in uk with maids when they can comment on the sindy ones they somehow want a cheap holiday and expect 5 star,for the first time in years we wanted to go back again and who know,s
we might well do so as the kids are missing the place already,mustafa and the staff dont let the les miserables get you down keep up the good work.

I stayed at sindy apartments with friends, the room i was given on arrival was on the ground level, i was not too happy with this accomadation.
i spoke to mustafa & his staff about this and this was rectified within 24hrs.
the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, mustafa and his staff were so friendly and made you feel welcome, nothing was too much bother ( even when the kids kept asking hassan to get the ball). i enjoyed my holiday very much, we only had a 5 minute walk to bus stop which took you into town.
Kids had a fantastic time playing in pool games organised by the staff, also playing pool t.t and watching tv.
thankyou for making my first visit to Turkey a happy one.

we stayed at sindy in july 08 and loved the place,met lots of friends and the people at the apts were good to us,mustafa drove us around if we needed chemist or into town,our other friends stayed at dif apts yet always came to party at ours,most of the scots were there to have a good time some of the english 2,dont believe all you read in the truth pages as if you read some comments they slate the place but give it great hotel ratings,we were at the apts for most of the hols although we had a lot of nights out and away days, hasan and the guys look after you as they want u 2 have a good time always,food was great they will make u anything u want,pool great water polo etc,pool table,sky tv,music nights,hasan dont give up your day job as u know who the no 1 singer is at sindy "mr bojangles"the best in the world,hope 2 b back some day soon,will keep in touch.

We had a Fantastic time at the Sindy!! Been to Marmaris before and would love to go back to Sindy again!!! Mustafa,Lisa, Serin and staff where amazing. Mustafa taught our daughter to swim within half an hour and the next day she was swimming the full lenght of the pool! they just made u feel so welcome and would do anything to accomodate you.the food was great! Karaoke nites where a scream had so much fun!!!I would certainly not listen to these sour pussys who have written bad reports the holiday is what you make it and we certainly made it a good one!! Keep up the good work guys hope to see you soon.Only time we were upset is when we were going home and Hussan played Jon denver Leaving on a jet plane!! We were so upset!!! Cheap holiday go to the Sindy we will certainly be going back soon.

we stayed in the sindy apts july and my family didnt enjoy it one little bit if we went out the manager or is staff would watch us walk down the road.the apts was smelly and they never change your sheets or towels and the. food was ok but we stopped eating in the sindy.there was no entertainment on a afternoon and night plus it very far from the beach and i would not go to the sindy apts ever.
