I would not rate this Hotel as a 3 star.
Very basic accommodation, needed vast update, balcony not safe wouldn't let children on. Complained to reception nothing done. Sockets hanging off the wall & ceiling!!
Hotel nothing like stated in brochure disappointed.
Corridors very dark when arrived.
Pool not very clean.
Location good not too busy. Easy to get to anywhere as excellent bus service.
Staff do a good job very friendly would do anything to help.
Food good.
Made the most of a bad choice of hotel the staff made the holiday.
A big thanks to them for their hospitality.

The Villa sol is Brilliant. The entertainment at the club is excellant and the staff are really friendly. The staff in the club are very friendly and me and My family got talking to them and we are all good friends. We even made up nicknames for them. There is Gigi he is so friendly and thems there Micheal and the rest of them. You'll have a brilliant time talking to the lot of them and becoming good friends. I sure your holiday at the villa sol will be a great one.

Just returned from the Villa Sol Apartments in Armutalan and have to say we would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel badly needs redecorated, the rooms are very basic with only 2 cooking rings and a kettle - a toaster would have been a godsend! At the end of our first week we discovered that the DJ and the "bar manager" had been sacked for ripping off the customers, having sex in the kitchen and on the tables!! The chefs were also sacked as the food was terrible!! We only ate there twice, on our first night and then when the new chefs started - we were served mouldy toast!! The reps are not very helpful at all, our rep had only started with goldtrail the week before and was given his own hotel on his 2nd week!! Not family orientated at all! No entertainment for kids, and the entertainment they did have was very sporadic and you had to tip them! The staff were great though, very friendly especially Ozzy, Engine, Yugo and Ali. Goldtrail are an absolute nightmare to travel with - don't know how many times my flight times were changed before we even left for Turkey. And the flight back was changed to the next day! No help at all from the rep, I had to phone Goldtrail myself to find out about the changes.

we have been going to turkey for the last three years and everytime we went to villa sol. the reason for this is that everything is at the highest standards the staff are great and the nightly entertainment is execellent. when we first came to the resort our thoughts about the room were very clean, tidy, spacious and has everthing you would need for living in for however long you are staying there.

The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The apartment was generally well equipped and although not ultra modern met all our expectations.

The staff were fantastic,we couldn!t fault them,they were very friendly,ben the hairdresser did a great job on our hair,my partner had his hair dyed,the staff in the resturant were very friendly also,they made us feel very welcome,we had no problems what so ever and would definatly go back again,

most of the furnishings in the hotel were in need of replacement and repair. although the apartment was self catering there was very few equipement provided. the apartment can not be described as aesthetically pleasing. on the plus side the staff were friendly and were entertaining however i would not recommend visiting this hotel.
