this was our 1st time at this hotel but we have been going to marmaris for ten years and we were so well look affer by everone here that we will go back lots more times BAZ and the boys give any one who stays there the five star works and the food is well cook and they will try anything to keep you happy

we all had an excellent time at the hotel, the staff made our holiday especially murat he made the holiday. All the staff were friendly staying up until you went , food was great and pool was good.Lotcation was good 2 minutes to restaurants and 5 mins in taxi to the front.The staff i thought were the best entertainment they were funny when you got to know them. Room was good clean everyday. No problems with absolutly anything. Definatly want to go back next year !!!!!!

Villa Sun exceeded my expectations! It is by far the best hotel I have stayed in (& I have stayed in loads!!)The hotel supplied everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Hotel cleanliness was above average and the hotel food was the best food we ate in Marmaris! The location is close to the main town, a short walk or 2 minutes on the bus. The Hotel staff were amazing (special mention to Baz Baba, Batir 1 & 2) and hotel entertainment was also very good! Turkish night in particular was great!The overall atmosphere in the hotel is really welcoming and staff will bend over backwards to ensure you have a really good holiday.

we were put in villa sun apts after our original hotel was over booked. on arrival at 11/30 after 15 hours travelling we were shown to our room, our bedroom patio door handle came off in my wifes hand then the window in kids room would not lock so had to wedge wooden spoon to jam it. we had birds nest on patio with droppings everywhere.the cot for youngest was like something from florence nightingales ward and collapsed when we put him in it. the sheets had blood on them and were changed once,same for the towels.
the maids were friendly and swept daily. the food was good especially breakfast and we ate one evening meal there which was good.the staff were ok and the owner baz was helpful.
we never stayed for entertainment so cant comment. the pool area was small but friendly but we had to constantly ask for them to turn the slide on. the apts are out of the way with a good 15/20 min walk into town. wouldnt go again.

Cleaners were very nice and friendly. Receptionist/bar person was a weirdo, scared me Would shout at things to my boyfriend in turkish which were not very nice.
Baz the owner not very nice would ignore you if you never went to his bar, which was very over priced compared to the all the rest.
our bedding only got changed once for the 2 weeks we were there. Towels never got changed, same ones for the 2 weeks.
Cooker was just a 2 ring hob and a toaster.
Would not stay there again. resort was lovely and rest of people very nice.

stayed here absolute nightmare. staff very rude manager attitude disgusting.followed every single girl around insight. said he had a scottish girlfriend if i were her i would think twice about who i had for a boyfriend. he didnt have a nice word to say about the scottish people, thought that very unprofesional. as these people as any body else staying there are his bread and butter.felt very intimidated all the time i was there. thought turkish people were supposed to be friendly, not in these appartments. went for walks on night times differnt atmosphere altogether people were brilliant. hated going back to these appartments.tried to make some complaints and asked to see the manager baz but was told each time he was sleeping,thats not the case because on 3 ocasions seen him coming out of girls rooms,(single girls rooms at that) one time was 2am in the morning. as we were just coming in after having a brilliant night out.didnt think much of it until the next day by the pool he was all over this girl like a rash.( supposed to have a scottish girlfriend)as we were on a budget we couldnt afford to move anywhere else so we just made the most of what we called our nightmare holiday. it hasnt put us of going back to turkey again because we did meet some very nice people but we wont be going back to the villa sun

On arrival was dissapointed with the room as was very basic and had no toaster or microwave or view.We decided as we wouldnt be in the room much that it wasnt such a big deal.Rooms were kept clean as where the pool area and bar,food we thought was great,location was fine around 15 min walk to centre but plenty around apts.Baz ,dino,ofuk and wee man were a great bunch of guys and work long hours and keep u entertained.The entertainment was ok although the couples we met made our holiday even better,

Baz baba [the boss] looked after us amazingly well-the staff are all fantastic-very entertaining and made our holiday even more enjoyable! turkey is a brilliant place and the people in the hotel along with a comfortable, clean, family friendly hotel made it an even more enjoyable experience!
The hotel is based in a really nice location-not directly on the beach but near enough to absolutely everything! Mini buses and taxis are regular and very cheap :-)
its a fantastic hotel with great people and a real family atmosphere!! x

Hi Baz thanks again for a super holiday.
As usual everything fantastic
Food super, drinks to suit all, pool clean, room clean, clean towels bbq super.
Nothing too much touble, been that many times feel more like been at home.
Beach 10-15 mins walk
everything just as we would expect
nothing too much trouble for all of the staff
all speeking good english
see you again next year
