Avoid booking a studio without stipulating 'NOT FACING THE WALL' as we were allocated a room looking directly at a high wall 12' from our balcony even although we had requested a sea or pool view. Check directly with the hotel well in advance.
All rooms are good in this quite hotel with most having sea views

Avoid like the plaque its dirty and unclean and the pool area was dirty and un safe the stairs leading in the pool was broken I had to complain about it

My top tip is to get the bus from the airport as it stops at the top of the road by Magna Building save on transfers

It was a steep hill but we walked up and down twice a day if i went back to the resort i would stay at the other end nearer to the patch as i love the restaurants there Mama rosa is just the best and shenanigans is great for a night out.

the resort itself was ok, only a short walk from the nightlife and some lovely bars. quite expensive though.

This part of Tenerife is an ideal place for families and couples of all ages. The beach is fantastic and the resort has lots of up market shops , bars & restuarants.

at present they are working very hard in area,upgrading pedestrian walkways.felt safe at night everyone very pollite,in costa adeje area.different in next area.
on veronicas strip found bouncers very aggrssive if anyone stepped out of order,saw this first hand to two young lads
which frightened my wife.did not go back to this area again during our stay.

We stayed in Las Americas at the Parque Santiago 3 complex, an ideal spot on the seafront in probably the best area of Las Americas, there are a mass of new and trendy shops nearby, plus a good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, Los Cristianos is a short walk one way and the centre of Las Americas a short walk the other.

Playa de las Americas is a typical Brit holiday resort! You don't need to be able to speak Spanish to get by. Lots of places to eat with typical British grub and football but can also eat local food too. Some places you can get a pint of local beer for a euro but be careful as some charge 3 euros! There are a lot of timeshare touts or similar (don't let them tell you any different). They say they are doing a survey on where you are staying and give you a scratchcard. You always win a holiday but need to spend at least 2 hours being sold timeshare. Beach is black volcanic sand but clean. Lots of evening entertainment to choose from.

probably one of the best resorts we have stayed in there is so much going on for all ages plenty of restraunts and bars the place was so clean.the beach was fantastic with watersports.cant wait to go again.
