we have been to turkey several times before and know what to expect but we were disgusted by what we saw.
we were not given the room we paid for, the room we recieved are the reserve rooms for when the hotel is full which it was not,other quest at the hotel referred to them as the dungeons.they were dirty the bedding was not very clean we found blood stains on one off the pillow cases.good job we took our own towels as they were only changed once.the bathroom was very dirty.there was no option of air con in the dungeons.the pool was not upto much could not see the bottom even in the shallow end.
The staff were great can't fault them one bit!! they could'nt do enough for you just didnt rate the hotel

We have just arrived back from a week in Villa Sol.
We had a great holiday.
The best thing about this holiday was the staff they were friendly and very helpful and made our holiday.
The food was very good even though we was self catering we ate at Villa Sol everynight.
The complex was brilliant very clean and tidy.
We enjoyed it that much we are planning to go back in October. We met some nice people to and keeping in contact.
Had the best holiday everyone big thank you to Freddie and all the other staff.

we stayed at the villasol for one week although we were origanally booked for the golden orange hotel, because we were double booked the villasol kindly gave us accomodation. we got off to a bad start as the only room available needed work but the following day we we moved to another room on the top floor the room was basic and clean exactly what we expected for what we had paid. the staff were exeptional and we could not have been made more speacil and welcome by the time we left we felt sad to say goodbye to some of the most wonderful people and people we hold dear to us. myself and aaron would like to wish everyone at the villasol all the very best and we look forward to staying with you all again next year. take care sonya and aaron. stoke on trent.

The staff are the best, they cannot do enough for you. Eddie and JJ are the best waiters in Turkey. Give them a massive pay rise they are the best.

Juat returned from 2 week holiday staying at Villa Sol Appartments
We had a lovely holiday, appartments are basic but very clean.The staff are great and very friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.Eddie and JJ are 2 great guy's and Judy who is part owner of the appartments was very helpfull for any tips or advice regarding anything you may need to know, (my son had a great time with her son Greg) who was there on his holiday at the same time as us.We met some amazing people and it just felt like home..........

We enjoyed our stay at the villa sol it was our first time in Turkey and only booked it 2 days before we went.
We did not know wat to expect the rooms are not the most modern but the bed sheets were clean the beds were new wat more do you want.
The music stopped 12 o clock sharp everywhere round you. The staff were more than nice and great with the children they remember everybodys name jay jay was great thet all were.one of the owners Judy is English and she is great will help you anything and about the place.
Air con has to be paid for but is only 10pound for the week.
Will be back again.

Once again this year we had a fantastic holiday at the Villa Sol..
We got a huge welcome from all management and staff.
All staff, Sergie, Jay Jay, Emre, Okan, Kevin, Eddie all made our stay fantastic and even Richard treated us like princesses with all our meals. Put on a few kilos here Richard (thanks).
Feremez and Judy gave us another great welcome...
Thankyou to you all and we look forward to see you all again in September...
Don't knock the Villa Sol until youve been and if you don't love all the staff then there is something wrong with you....................

After having a great time at villa sol last year we decided to go again for 2 weeks this time. Had an amazing time. The staff were excellent. Sergie,Jay Jay, Michael, Okan, Kevin, Richard, Eddie, Mahoney(he disappeared), Ferdy(Freddy), DJ Fermez(Hotel owner). We will definitely be going back in September.Loved it and miss them all.

this hotel is fab, rooms are very spacious and cleaned every day with clean towels.the food is excellent even if you ask for something thats not on the menu they will cook it for you.location is great as its quiet at night and only a bus ride away to busy night life.the staff here are great and will do anything they can to please you.the entertainment is good, and will definatley go back again.

This was the first time to Marmaris for us, and i will say it will not be the last! :) I think the Grand villa sol apartments did shock me at first when we pulled up, i was led to believe it was closer to the beach, but the bus service is next to none, there was a bus every 5 mins which was very cheap,(1.25ytl) and only took about 10 to 15 mins to get to the beach.
The room was a bit of a shock too; it's the only place abroad that i have been to that had carpet! (I think it would have been better tiled), and reading the reviews it said the air con was
