just come back had really great holiday.
Apts small but very clean!
Staff brilliant we want to thank freddie for everything.The restarunt food great if yiu want special dinner made its no problem by richard great chef.Even if you had been out and restarunt closed richard would still do you a chicken wrap even at 2.00am its a family bisness and you are treated like family too.definetly go backkids loved it

we had a rocky start at villa sol but we came to an understanding and from then on we had a great time. i like to thank all the staff who made our holiday great we met some lovely people there.ferimez jay jay richard kevin emre sergie eddie they was more but didnt catch there names but all very helpfull. will also met some great people on holiday. tony donna lee danny and marissa.kelly rachel the mad lassas from wales and sam and marie from plymouth . love kerry and andy.thanks for the send off.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

we arrived at villa sol at 7am and what a dissopointment we went to the reception and was taken down a dark corridor to a room witch was dirty, the sheets were full of stains the seats witch had covers on them had stains all over them the sockets were hanging off the walls my husband turned the light switch on and got a shock, the bathroom was full of mould the french doors if thats what u can call them were all rusty one push and thay were open on too an over growen garden with dirty loungers the pool lucked like it had never been cleaned, there was no way we were staying there we have been to marmaris 7 times and this place should not be with any tour firms we moved our selfs too another apartments as the rep was a waste of space.

The manager should manage a night club - not a hotel/apartments!!!
I travelled with Goldtrail, who changed my accommodation one week prior to departure.
From the moment of arrival I wanted to cry. I checked in at a decrepit reception desk, which seemed as though it was put in there as an after thought and then checked in by a very moody patronising 'gentleman' - who kept calling me 'Luv'.
I was then led to my room down a dark dingy corridor. Our room looked like it had not been updated or cleaned since the hotel/apartments opened. It looked truly like a health hazard.
Within 20 minutes of arrival we were blasted with music - I mean blasted!! This went on until around 3 am. This was not unusual; we had very loud music until after 3 am on 4 of the 7 nights we were there.
I felt almost bullied to eat there. I also felt intimidated into not being able to go to a Turkish Night elsewhere when our 'rep' was introducing us to excursions and events which we might have wanted to attend. But with the manager sitting there throughout the

Just returned from the Villa Sol apartments and must be honest I will not return in a hurry.
Arrived at the hotel to find that i did not receive the three one bedroom apartments i had paid for instead i received two rooms and the third room was like a dorm with four beds in it. When i complained and said i wanted the room i had payed for i got cheek and attitude from the manager (not a good start)
The rooms were very old fashioned (with carpet on the floor - that had seen better days)
The bathroom was disgusting with a moudly shower curtain
The rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis
The food was okay but nothing to get excited about - always cold
The beds at the pool were never cleaned and are stinking
Overall not a pleasant place
One good thing about this apartment is there is two nice members of staff who always looked out for you - rossi and simon. two really nice guys. pity about the rest of the staff.

had a fantastic time at villa sol..... the staff are fantastic....freddy we love you =]....first ever time in turkey and it the best holiday ever...cant wait to go back next year.....apartments were great...food was amazing and the turkish night was the best....

This hotel is definately not a 3* hotel but more like a minus 3*. our apartment was in the basement, to be quite honest i would have called it in the doldrums!! it was really bad, if youre booked to go to this hotel, swap now. its dirty, no towels or sheets changed unlesss you ask, rooms not cleaned, mouldy crockery, a kettle that you wouldnt boil your undies in let alone boil water in. its just very bad.
after saying this though the people were lovely and very friendly, though they might not be when they read this review, thats if its ever posted on here.

Hotel was dirty. The owner was very ignorant.
The apartment we had was located above the kitchen so we had the staff outside our balcony every morning smoking and shouting with the smell of the food constantly making our apartment smell.
The rooms were cleaned twice in two weeks so we had overflowing bins, dirty bedding, plugs we could not use as they were hanging off the walls, inside of the fridge was broken, cuttlery was dirty as we arrived so we had to eat in the resteraunt opposite our hotel.
We will not be returning to the Villa Sol apartments again.

Where do I start! First of all I cant believe all the good reports these apartments have recieved. I've been to Turkey 12 times and this is the worst accomodation I've ever stayed in!
I know in Turkey accommodation can be basic but this place is a total dump! The only good point about the rooms is their size, 1 bedroom apts are huge. However, everything in them is ancient - carpets in the room (yuk!) look as if they've been there for years and were never hoovered during the week we were there.
Windows and doors had old wooden frames that were falling to bits. Fridge in the kitchen disgusting and beware, staff put some drinks in it on your arrival then try to charge you
