There were lots of restaurants to choose from in the Marina, one of our favourites was El Pato which we found very reasonable and good value for money.
We didn't visit the beach much, just the once, as we preferred the pool at Menorca Mar. The sea looked gorgeous and the beach was very busy. We were told the sunbeds and parasols could work out quite expensive.
We will miss dining out at all the different restaurants around the marina, and would like to go back and try some more.

The resort was very clean,resort entertainment very good mostly live music. The beach was clean, the children loved the sea, but could get quite crowded. Would definatley go back to this resort again, we diddnt have to leave the resort for are whole 11 days.

We visited Cala N Bosch July/August 2008. We knew Menorca was Beautiful but what a surprise!!!! Cala N Bosch is stunning and so compact. Everything in centred around the Marina having gorgeous restaurants serving all types of cuisine. Our favourites were El Pato and the Steakhouse in the main area of the Marina along with the Tex-Mex restaurant (which was a little more expensive but well worth a visit). Everything in centred outside openair as the weather is so warm even on an evening. All the kids (aged 2-16) found something on an evening that kept them entertained from the internet in the fabulous Legends Bar (Ellie had a crush on the fab Pouwlo) hes fab at his job and makes everyone laugh. Over the bridge at the other end of the Marina is the Goody Goody Park which has everything from bouncy castles, rides, go karts, arcade games etc etc. There is also a bar area so u can let the kids play while you relax with a drink at the end of the evening. We were worried about the cost of eating out but were really surprised at how reasonable everything was. No need to watch your pennies at all, we never had to say no to the kids which was nice. We would definately make this a resort to return to in the near future. I am missing it already!!!! Made great friends too.....

The resort was extremely clean & it seems the menorcans have great pride in their island (something we seem to be lacking).
Entertainment within the resort was good obviously this is personal taste, they seem to have it sussed "keep the kids happy & the parents will be too".Loads for the kids to do whilst the parents can sit in comfort with a beer!!
The beach was clean & overall it is a very pretty resort that was a pleasure to stroll around both during the day & at night. I would definitely visit again.

Location is about 1.30 mins from airport, nearest town was Citaduella about 20 mins by local bus every 15 mins, the dancing horse show is well worth the visit,
Beach was sandy and clean, water warm and safe no sudden drop offs, no great whites spotted while we were there. life guards on the beach to warn of safe swimming etc.
The local marina 2 mins walk full of bars cafes shops street entertainment karioke bar open untill 4.30 in the morning.
A Chineese meal for 2 cost 40 euros bit pricey make the most of the hotel food.
Would i go again? You bet, am going again in August!

Calan Bosc is a fantastic resort it is well balanced so you can have peace or have a lively night in some of the bars. Good to see no drunken yobs or screaming teenagers roaming the streets

Cala en Bosch is a lovely resort for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. The resort is centred around a marina which is beautiful and is surrounded by restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely and very clean and wellm worth a visit. There is a children's fun area called "Goody Goody" which is brill for kids of all ages with water slides, bouncy castles, trampolines, arcade games and lots more and you can buy a day pass for 11 euros or pay as you go on the different activities. would definately recommend this resort and we will visit again next summer hopefully.

The resort is small, a main street of restaurants opposite a sort of marina & a small shopping precinct at one end. There is a kids play land with bouncy castles etc. slides, bumper cars. Our hotel made this holiday for us & I feel the resort is great for a holiday with a family only. I'm not sure we'd be happy with it as a couple. We ate out 2 nights (as we were half board) & we were happy on both occasions, cost a bit the same as home. The beach is lovely & situated just at the start of the main resort.
We caught the bus one day in the main resort & that was cheap & very easy to get about on.

We would definately like to return to Cal n Bosch. The harbour area comes alive in the evenings with stall holders dotted about and live music at various bars and restaurants. There are lots of places to eat and lots of shops.
You can take a trip in a glass bottom boat which will take you along the coast where you will see some beautiful picture postcard beaches and coves. My favourite one being Macarella beach.
The people we met were very friendly. Most spoke really good English although we did make an effort to speak a little Spanish which they seemed to appreciate.
The nearest beach to the harbour was lovely. Beautiful crystal clear blue water and nice soft sand. If you walk a bit further you will come to Son Xoriguer beach which is bigger and sometimes less busy.
There was quite a bit of seaweed washed up when we were there and you do have to watch out for jelly fish although we did not see any at Caln Bosch all week.

It was May so the resort was very quiet but that's just the way we like it, and for our holiday it had plenty to offer. The main harbour area came alive at night so it was great for people watching!!
