We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting
Go somewhere else

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Benidorm..... Something for everyone. Lavanti for the stag and hens and old town and pointente for those wanting a quieter holiday...... lots of eating places and entertainment to suit all. Beaches clean but get very busy.

This is the second time we have visited Bendidorm, there is loads to do for the kids, we visited Mundomar great Dolphon and Sealion shows, Terra Natura, Peacock Island with only 2 peacocks on it but the ride in the underwater boat when you get to the island was amazing. The resort I felt was very quiet compaired to when we were last there in 2009 but loads of places to eat and drink at really reasonaly prices.
What I would warn everyone about is the indian guys shops selling the video cameras and cameras that are on the streets, we went into one and agreed to buy a video camera for 40 euros the guy put the money in the till then tried to sell us one for 300 euros we kept telling him that we had no more money to spend and he kept going on about us having loads of money and refusing to give us the camera we bought we started to get irate and when I make a comment about us being stitched up he threatened me with violence at this my daughter started to cry, I went to the front of the shop pretending to look for the police and he gave my husband the camera he was trying to sell us for 300 euros, when we got to the hotel the camera is worth about £20, we spoke to other holiday makers and quite a few have had the same experience but no one seems to tell you to keep away from them, so please keep away from these shops and have a great holiday.

ive being going benidorm for over 10 years and loved it but it has been going down hill for the last 3 years due to the stagg/hens, benidorm is one of the rare places that really does have something for everyone, its beach is great shops are good and has a good selection of bars and places to eat but from thursday to sunday the atmosphere changes men dressing as women exposing themselves one instance outside the plaza's childrens entertainment show choose your hotel wisely as my friend was in one of the magic hotels round the corner and that felt like the old benidorm holiday thank goodness if i hadn't spent time in that hotel i would of give up on benidorm but now i'll go in that hotel and stay in over the weekend

Great resort, with a lovely clean beach. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants and some great entertainment. Saw some great tribute acts and really enjoyed the whole weeks entertainment we saw. Quite a few hen and stag parties who can be a bit drunk and rowdy, annoying when trying to watch the entertainment. Watching them staggering drunkenly about on our way home became part of the entertainment in the end.

benidorm has a bad reputation with some people but by going a couple streets back from the front there are lots of small quieter bars to while the night away in.

Benidorm is Benidorm. This is a three or four day holiday destination for those under 60, longer stays for the more mature individual may be appropriate for the weather. The resort is very clean with exception of dog mess on pavements but that Spain for you. We stayed for 10 days did three days in Benidorm new town, sea front, beach, old town. All very nice and all the entertainment you could wish for, but three or four days is enough. We then hired a small car (1.2 lt)for 7 days at a cost 0f 142 euros fully comp ins with no excess if anything happened. Get out there there are some beautiful placced to see. Get on the N322 road and get to the places shown in the tourist guide, we spent the week doing it and did not fit it all in.Visit the cross at the top of the mountain in Benidorm this is visible from ground level but the view from the cross is fabulous. To mention the bars and restaurants, they are everywhere and all reasonably priced. More expensive on the sea front, cheaper as you move inland, but not much in it. Go enjoy but remember Benidorm is Benidorm.
