stayed at club happy days for 1 week,and couldnt wait to leave.it was dirty run down and depressing.we didnt have hot water for 3 days.had to heat up 5 litre bottles of water on the balcony to get a wash.carpets were turned up on the stairs.panes of glass missing from a window on the 3rd floor landing.bedding was stained and ripped. the cutlery etc was stained and dirty. the bathroom had black damp on the ceiling and on the shower base and curtains.we paid

Gold trail should be ashamed to send anybody to this shocking apartment block. I just hope that everybody that we spoke with who agreed with us send in and complain.

We arrived early on the Monday morning and my wife and i did not have a room until 4.45 that afternoon. The room was in a terrible state, no shower or shower curtain towels and linen soiled.

My daughters and grandchildrens rooms were exactly the same. No help at all from reps or reception staff(did not want to know).

The pool area was a bit better but still very dangerous, my son in law who has MS was hurt in pool area on the last day before we were so relieved to go home.

No hot water for 8 out of 14 days.

I just hope Gold Trail read these comments and act.

If you`ve booked these apartments,please reconsider as the place is an aboslute disgrace.After being recommended by a local travel agent and paying over

club happy days awsome entertainment:p nice food apartments look nice from the outside. lovely people very friendly.I would say if you where 18-30 you would have a great time.
Could be cleaner,room's very basic. Don't go there if your elergic to cats! big pool with a slide,24hour super market.Electric and hot water can be off and on
brill music!

The hotel cleanliness was ok, however our toilet leaked which isnt the best and the fact that you cannot put your toilet paper down the loo. Although the maids removed the bins each day.
The hotel location is ok, a short dolmus trip into marmaris.
The staff at the hotel are friendly. Although can get a little annoying over time by their friendliness.
Entertainment was good, including shows and dancing
The hotel is basic, so expect nothing more, but overall was good.

Club happy days appartments are very nice from the outside and very basic but clean inside. The rooms were cleaned regularly.the food was excellent at club happy days and was always served with a smile!

The apartments were located perfectly with a short walk into the main town.the hotel staff were outstandingly

Helpful and friendly which was a bonus to our holiday. The entertainment was brilliant every night.

I will definitley be returning to club happy days next year.

Do not stay in this hotel, if you have booked to stay here please reconsider. The hotel is named by the locals as club "crappy days". On arrival at 9pm we were asked for

Stayed at the same time as the last guests, no hot water for 4 days. Not enough towels never seen a cleaner in our room for the week we stayed there and to be honest that was long enough.No pillows, not enough kitchen equiptment,If you wanted to make a movie this is the place to do it

what a dump stayed approx 15 minutes doors damaged with fist holes , doors looked like theve been forced ,urine smelling rooms,curtains not covering windows.more families on our transfer bus didnt stay either .
