You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.
Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.

FOOD VERY BLAND & REPETITIVE & NOT ENJOYED BY MOST OF THE ENGLISH.MOST ENGLISH ATE OUT,THE OTHERS COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGERS TO NO AVAIL.

The resort was brilliant!
I recommend it. If you like good food, snorkling, quad biking, desert safaris, good bars and restaurants and shops and gold and jewelery.
The beaches were nice, some cleaner than others. But the fact that you can don a snorkel - always buy a decent expensive set cos cheap ones leak and ruin the experience - you can don a snorkel and wade out to swim amongst tropical fish among coral! Brilliant!
And for single males - youre going to have a great time! Single females? you'll be driven up the spout by the locals IF you do not adopt a more form stance!

Within the resort itself its spotless and people are doing the gardens and cleaning everything all the time
Entertainment is good during the day the night stuff will get better as they get to know what people want so tell them and they will try and deliver like what we done with the Peter Kay thing.
The Beach is Stunning and the snorkelling is also stunning highly recommend it even if you cant swim as you float anyway.
Would go back here in a minute beautiful place and beautiful people and lots to do.

Having spent most of the time in the hotel, it would be unfair for me to give a detailed description of the resort itself. However on brief trips out I found the local people to be very friendly. The beach was fantastic, and snorkeling/diving is a must!

If you like to pestered for duration of holiday then this is the place to go! Blue and White Taxi's diabolical and called "flying coffins" because of the way the drive and the speed they drive at.
Also they over charge at every oppurtunity! Everyone expects you to tip them for anything and nothing. You can't walk 100 metres from hotel without being hassled by shop keepers restaurant owners or taxi drivers, and they won't take no for an answer. I
ts very intimidating and they get angry when you say NO to them. Will never go there again. Although snorkelling and Sharks Bay Beach is beautiful!

In the middle of no where...very little entertainment....unless you call watching people get drunk every night in the irish bar, entertainment.
Beach was nice but no one used it as hotel pool was right next to it and it had a bar.

Very cheap to eat out lots of variety of food i.e. Mexican, Italian, McDonalds etc.
Brilliant for snorkling and diving.Plenty of entertainment at the bars etc.
A must is having a go at quad biking a brilliant experience through the desert.

Stayed in Conrad very clean entertainment not brilliant but ok apparently it was first season a/i beach was fantastic.

Only visited Narma Bay twice for a couple of hours each time, Found the shopping a nightmare as I don't like goods that are not priced and don't believe in haggling.
It is very hot in the day time over 100 degrees when I was there, the bars and restaurants all look good and are very cheap to eat in. The beach is very nice and water clear with lots of beach activity.
Lots of dive centres here with boats operating from close by.

Nothing apart from a few hotels and quite a few hotels under construction here. The resort itself was quite clean but plastic bottles and carrier bags could be seen floating in the sea already. The beach was clean but gritty.
