All rooms are good, but the pool side is best. the hotel food is very good and has a great choice to choose from.

We had room 209 apart from having to hold shower spray and not use hairdryer the room was okay. Great Italian if you head towards the house go thru the little side road you have lotus to your right food nice you will come to Chinese, steak house which is good food (don't know about Chinese) Italian is opposite. If you can find Marbella just down road from trakia hotel can highly recommend.

We went all inclusive .we found beer half litre glass 1.50 lev what is around 40p at lots of bars we also ate out a lot because the food was so cheap , food at hotel was good also microwave if u want to have your food red hot .
Seemingly one of the best restaurants was the steakhouse next door to the Marvel, which closed up for the end of season two days after we arrived so didn't get to try it, top tip for the Marvel would be to put their staff on a course to learn how to be polite and engage with holiday makers, at the end of the day it's us who pay their wages!!!
They just didn't care.

No never they need to take more notice of there guest than sit talking to each other pool bar you had to pay for drinks and 5 minute walk to get another drink in a plastic cup even when to stayed in the lobby

beaches were chocker block during the first 2 weeks in august. Needed to reserve your beds really early or you had no chance! The street artists were fantastic, and overall the locals were really friendly. Saw loads of german tourists getting ripped off exchanging money at the street kiosks. Stick to the hotels for changing your dosh!

Sunny beach is a fansastic place for a family holiday. The beach is super and cleaned every night. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants. My favourite restaurant was the Jupiter. Another good night out was "Briz - the villagers yard" located on the prom next to the Victoria Hotel (not Victoria Palace). We had a meal with drinks for the evening and a good floor show all for the princely sum of £20 for a family of 4! McDonald's on the other hand is a complete rip-off being more expensive that their UK resaurants. If you can, opt for Bed and Breakfast or Room Only as the standard of food in most of the hotels leaves a lot to be desired.

7Km of Blue Flag beach says it all. The night life is as lively or laid back as you want. There are many excellent bars & restaurants, most with entertainment of some sort, from live music & magic to full floorshows.Great place fo a family holiday, or for a bunch of friends.

Sunny Beach itself is spotless. The beach is cleaned everynight. There is something for everyone in the resort and I would think if you cann't have a good time there you must have something wrong. i cann't wait to get back there!!!!!

The resort is a large bustling place with DVD/CD/Video stalls on every corner. There is plenty of entertainment available for free in all the bars and restaurants. two points to watch -
Flick Knives, Combat knives, swords, throwing stars and edged weapons of all kinds are cheaply and easily available to any kid who can hand over the money (8yrs+)!
Currency changing is best in the Banks or at the booths on the front but check what the rate is very carefully. A scam was being run 1lev=£1 when 2.70lev=£1 was the rate.

SUNNY BEACH Resort is spotless the streets are cleaned every night,as is the beutiful sandy beach. there are plenty of Bars and Eating places, in fact you,re spoiled for choice,the great thing is, they are very cheap.nearly
all the eating places have free entertainment. Been to SUNNY BEACH Twice! will come back again. A word of caution
NEVER Book anything less than 3 star or AOA,not worth the risk!,you can get caught out.and last but not least, watch
the taxi drivers, some tend to overcharge for short jouneys,get a quote before you get in the car. apart from this ,SUNNY BEACH is a great place for a Holiday.

The resort of Sunny Beach was excellent. Although the hotel was a bit far away from the centre of Sunny Beach it was good as it was quiet on a night time as you could not hear all of the music from the resort. Bus and taxi to main resort very cheap.The beach took literally 2 minutes to get to on foot and it was also a clean beach. St Vlas was only a 15 minute walk away and had some lovely little bars that you could sit and have a quiet drink in.

Resort was spotless. There was excellent entertainment for both adults and children.
Beach was beautiful and had a wide variety of activities for the whole family.
We are going back in august this year cannot wait!

Second time in sunny beach liked it so much booked it on return after first visit.Kalina gardens great hotel but there are lots of good ones all around the resort. Food great have a fussy hubby but he had no problems eating. The best food was in the Iskar Gardens good food and service great value for money. Shops good and plenty of them.A visit to the dolphin restaraunt is advisable three course meal, drinks, entertainment and taxi there and back came to £14.00 per couple and that is one of the more expensive fancy places to eat. Will be going back and taking more friends with us next time. Would recommend it, never going back to spain ever again. We found it friendly and did not get ripped off or conned once and we even got free cocktails and spirits to keep us calm in a beachfront bar during a very bad thunderstorm. Beach looked nice but dont like the feeling of the sand others told it is is lovely and it looked spotless from the beachside bars.
