Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

Love Benadorm but hotel give it a miss rooms to small, air con to loud to put on.They will rent you an iron.

The surrounding area of the hotel had plenty of bars / restaurants which are perfect for lunchtime meals (pizza, burgers and such) we did however find them quite repetitive towards the end of the week. We ate down towards the beach in the evenings which was a 10 minute walk downhill, but the walk back was manageable for us but may be a bit too much for others.
Once you get down to the beachfront there are quite a few bars and restaurants but again all quite repetitive. We did however find a fish /steak grill restaurant situated up some steps at the end of the beachfront restaurants which was our best meal by far !!!

Been to Benidorm quite a lot of times but after a four year gap me and my wife and friends decided to go back. Some things are the same but some have changed and not for the good. We heard of different people and that the crime here was going up, but you get crime everywhere, so we booked it.
What a shock we had on a few of the nights we had out. In the new part of town you had gangs of men waiting around, why I don't no and lots of prostitutes and Romanians just biding there time. I had a little of this experience one night. We were walking to get some food and was approached by a Jamaican looking girl who threw her fist at me and started to insult me and my wife and friends. I'm 6'3 and 20 stone and she had the cheek to start something with me why I don't no, but after the next day we found out why. Speaking to some locals apparently she has 8-10 guys around the corner and if one of us reacted we would of been in a fight and robbed.
I love Benidorm, but sorry, I don't save hard all year round to put up with that, we are never going again, but if you do please be careful it's getting bad and it's such a shame....

Been to Benidorm several times now and always had a great time, I can't understand why people call this place, apart from the small booze area where you may see things you don't want to the rest is fantastic.

It was cold!!! One morning on a walk we had to avoid ice on the road!!!
It was busy along the promenade and old town during the daytime, but at night there was very little going on in the New Town - the old town around Tapas Alley was always busy.
We will return again to Benidorm in the winter months - hope it's warmer next time!!

this redort has it all lovely beach lots of bars and restaurants most of them had some sort of entertainment. all in all a wonderful resort.
