if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

we love marmaris,do not like bar street, beach front is good for a night out but quite expensive,we loved the appollon,but the kylie show this year was not very good.we liked to eat at the amutalan area which was a dolmus ride away, every restaurant was good and great value most giving a free drink or even a free brakfast

Marmaris is a lovely place to visit, it can get busy but so can anyother place.
This was my 5th time stayin in marmaris and i am still in love with the place.
The prices have gone up since last year, its now about 4YTL (Million Turkish Lira) for a beer.
The entertainment is mainly down the beach front and all the bars are brill, the all make a fuss of you where ever you go. There are also bars on the main road stretch but where ever you look you will see bars or restaurants.
My most favourate bar i would have to say is the Aussie Bar which up one of the main side streets near the Kocer Club Hotel i have been to this bar since i first came to marmaris and i still enjoy drinking in there, the lads are great and the service is immaculate. If you visit the Aussie Bar Gary is the bar manager and will always be at your beck and call.
Hope you find Marmaris and the Club Alize a nice place as i did when i first went and stayed there!!

The resort is huge and caters for everyone you can walk the length of the resort but in the blistering heat its best to flag down a dolmush this is a tiny bus that takes all aroung the resort. Taxi's are expensive. A boat trip is a must you will have a great day out.

As we had two girls who used bar street be prepared for cocktails at nearly £6 a time, buses in to bar street are 50p but they stop at 1-30am, so its a taxi back after 1-30am.

Have holidayed in Turkey for the past 5 years. The last 3 in the same hotel. Entertainment in the resort is excellent as there is something for everyone. Whether its pulsing nightlife in bar street until early hours or live music or even karoke.
Turkish people are the most friendly you could come across and they genuinely remember us from the previous year.
While staying in Marmaris you have to book a boat trip, i recomend seeing Gino from the tour agency next to treeana on the beach front. Jeep safari is also not to be missed.

marmaris is lovely place to visit.nice beach which is clean.sun beds free at some parts of beach as long as you buy drinks from the bars which is fair enough.people are very friendly. shops excellent value for money.wide choice of food.entertainment down beach front.

Marmaris was very busy. The constant pestering did become a bit too much. Take it in your stride and enjoy it. Everyone told me you couldn't spend your money. You can. It was not cheap. Food was reasonably priced, spirits and wine were expensive. Apparently it has doubled in price in the last 2 years. The beach was fine, sunbeds and brollies free, you only paid 2lira for the comfy mats.

Mamaris resort is fantastic something for everyone. I have been to a lot of resorts in Turkey but my favourite is Mamaris I have been there for the past 4 years.

Marmaris didnt suit us as a family.
It was very busy and we felt like we never completely relaxed. Lots going on and some great shows but just to big and busy for us.

Marmaris is not what I was expecting at all. it is not as British as most people told me it was, there were definatly a lot more Europeans (Dutch, Swedish, Russian etc)., but this did not spoil the holiday at all.
Wwe first started to go down Bar Street for our nights out but this mainly for locals and europeans and there was a lot of trouble out there. So when we went down to the beach at night it was fantastic as it was very english which we liked.
Marmaris has something for everyone and has got some beautiful restaurants along the beach. Food is reasonably priced but drinks can be expensive. I must mention the Malibu bar where we went for cocktails every night for just 5TL, (£2). If you are known in a bar then the drinks definatly get stronger!! which is great!!
