if you want to be close to marmaris centre dont stay here ,uf like noise and kids running round you will love it ,also they charge you for air con and tv ,

Great hotel, any rooms from 3130 to 3149, 4130 to 4149 or 5130 to 5149 are the best, if available, but just don't book it with Love Holidays as their customer service and support is non existent.

We hated the resort, Hassle all of the time from the Restaurants, the people sellin trips, Hairdressers, Shop Keepers, you are constantly saying NO. The Bizarre was even worse, more shops under cover and more shop workers, trying to get you to buy there goods, that are not priced, so you are constantly being ripped off, do not go here, we walked in and within 5 minutes we had enough, and went straight back out again. The good they sell you can get cheaper in the shops anyway. There is no Beach for the Kids to play on, as it is packed with sunbeds. The Taxi drivers charge what they like, there is no fixed price, that includes the water taxi's. We felt like every where we went we were always being ripped off. Went on a day trip to Rhodes - Heaven, we could walk into shops and browes at our leisure, with no one in our face trying to rip us off, so this is where we bought most of the presents for family and friends.
So to sum up the hotel was nice, marmaris is awful and smelly, would never go back to Turkey, all the Turish people want is your money, they are only nice to try and get as much of it off you as they can. DONT GO TO MARMARIS if you want a relaxng holiday - you have been warned.

Mamaris is a very busy resort, without being over the top, you get hassle at every bar but a polite "no thank you" or "jokey" remark works well. Same in the shops. But thats their way of life.
Not many litter bins on the main shopping road, but you don't see much rubbish on the streets.(Not like in England).
Local beer is about 3:5 t/lira (about £1:50) for what they call "big beer" (just under a pint)
Food is as cheap as well.
Plenty to do day or night, dolmus (bus) cost 1 t/lira(43p) for 100yds or 4 mile
You stop them like taxis and pass your money down via other passengers whilst moving along.

The resort was fairly clean.
The entertainment was good and varied in the bars and restaraunts.
The beaches were clean but there didn't appear to be anywhere that you can just sit on your towel sunbeds have to be hired.

The HASSLE you get at every bar,cafe,shop is just too much,some of the people are very nice but some are very forward and cheeky.The boat trips were very good as was the jeep safari which was great with the right company.The price to eat out was good,the beach has free bed's but are alway's trying to sell you somthing ie drink,melon,corn in the cob,ice cream etc.We were told the the Government was looking into the Hassle to try to cut it out,that is the biggest thing that has put me off going back.

What can I say about Marmaris, other than this was my 2nd time there and all I have done since I got back home is look on the internet for properties to buy out there! The place is immaculate, the people unbelievably friendly and helpfull, and the range of food goes from £1.50 kebabs to gormet meals. You can have the wildest holiday of your life or the most chilled relaxing one. Marmaris has everything to offer, I can't praise it highly enough.

the resort was'nt too bad, but as I came to the same resort last year I feel that it was'nt quite as friendly as the year before , the locals seemed to have changed quite a lot ie; they don't seemed to be as helpful I don't know maybe it is just me. it will be interesting to read what other people think on the subject

Marmaris is a lively resort. Had lots to offer, plenty of good shops and nice restaurants. Loads of day trips and excurtsions. very friendly people great with children. Bars and clubs to suit everyone.

very very clean everywhere,.the entertainment is all around you in every bar and restaurant they dance and sing and make you feel great.the beach is a dissapointment but it is too hot really to spend much time there, anyway there is so much going on you dont want to miss anything. we spent most nights at the albatross 60 70s bar fantastic atmosphere,georgeous waiters,great music didnt want to leave but had to we will be back;;;;;

the resort is lively and buzzing, it wouldnt be much good for he older couples the drivers are mad do not rent a car as i diddent so anyone following any sort of highway code! the bus is very cheap any way about 30p to stop any were when we went there was not one cloud in the sky and all around us we could see the beaufifull mountines
we highered out a speed boat for an hour, what an experiance!! definatly reccormended the guys at crazy watersports on the beach front are best.
